When selecting, the solenoid valve diameter of the same size as the pipeline should be configured according to the size of the cold storage refrigeration equipment pipeline. The material of the solenoid valve body should be compatible with the pipeline center medium; the working voltage should be consistent with the power supply voltage.

   Different types of electromagnetic wide should be used for different work locations. For example, the solenoid valve of the refrigerant pipeline cannot be used in the water pipeline, because the water will scale and inevitably have solid impurities, which will easily block the small balance hole on the diaphragm. The solenoid valve used on the oil return pipe of the lubricating oil separator should have anti-vibration measures to prevent the fluctuation of the compressor discharge pressure from affecting the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve. Since the solenoid valve used for the suction pipe is prone to condensation, it is necessary to use a moisture-proof coil or a closed solenoid valve. Where the ambient temperature is higher than 40℃, heat-proof coils should be used.

  The working current, voltage, frequency and power of each electromagnetic coil have a certain range, and can not be used indiscriminately to avoid burnout. When the voltage drops, the coil suction also drops. When the AC frequency is low, the suction power increases, but the coil heats up and burns out easily. When assembling the solenoid valve, the coil part should be assembled correctly according to the drawings in order to avoid increasing the magnetic resistance. The increase of magnetic resistance will not only reduce the electromagnetic suction force, but sometimes make the direction of the suction force incorrect, which affects the valve action.

  The solenoid valve must be coiled up and installed vertically in the pipeline, otherwise, it will fail due to the core iron not working properly. The flow direction of the medium in the solenoid valve is from the top to the bottom of the valve core, so it must be installed according to the arrow direction indicated on the valve body. The arrow direction is the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline.

   In order to check whether the solenoid valve is working properly, a light bulb can be connected in parallel to the solenoid valve power line to indicate its switching status. A manual switch can also be connected in series with the solenoid valve power line. When the manual switch is used to connect and cut off the circuit, if you can hear the sound of the valve core in the solenoid valve, it means that the solenoid valve is working normally. The malfunction of the solenoid valve mainly occurs in the three aspects of coil burnout, valve core jamming and core iron remanence, which can be checked and identified by the above methods. If the core iron cannot fall automatically after the power is cut off due to the residual magnetism of the core iron, the core iron can be removed and removed by heating or beating it.
