The operation method of filling Freon in the refrigeration system of the high and low temperature box is as follows:
1, prepare a scale, weigh the freon cylinder, and record the net weight of the total weight Leon.
2. Put the steel cylinder on the scale, use a piece of Pax 1 red copper pipe, connect one end to the cylinder with a special thread, and connect the other end to the multi-purpose port of the compressor suction valve, and connect the multi-purpose port nut without tightening. First open the cylinder a little bit, then turn it on again, sort the air in the pipe, and then tighten the nut.
3, Freon is charged in the form of wet vapor, so it is necessary to open the cylinder valve appropriately to prevent liquid shock from the compressor. At the same time, unscrew the multi-purpose orifice of the compressor suction valve to start charging with refrigerant. If the system is in a vacuum condition, the refrigerant in the cylinder will be automatically injected into the system, and when the pressure in the system is equal to that in the cylinder, the refrigeration torture will stop entering. At this time, if the amount of refrigerant in the system has not been added enough, you can first close the cylinder valve, the outlet valve of the accumulator, the manual expansion valve and the suction valve of the compressor, start the cooling water pump of the condenser, and then start the compressor. In order to prevent the liquid from hitting the cylinder, the suction valve should be opened slowly, and the refrigerant in the system should be pumped into the accumulator. The low pressure part of the system is evacuated again, and then the cylinder valve is opened to allow the refrigerant to be automatically filled into the system again.
4, repeat this process until the amount of refrigerant required by the system is added. You can also open the accumulator outlet valve and the small expansion valve after the system is vacuumed again to let the system run normally, then open the cylinder valve, and gradually close the suction valve (that is, open the multi-purpose port) to allow the cylinder to cool down The agent relies on the difference between the pressure in the bottle and the suction pressure to flow into the system (note that no liquid strike can occur). When the charging meets the requirements, the cylinder valve should be closed and the remaining refrigerant in the pipe should be sucked into the system as much as possible. Finally, the multi-purpose channel is closed, the compressor is stopped, and the refrigerant charging is basically over.
