   Reason 1: Installation problem

  In terms of installation, when installing an air conditioner that is inclined, that is, if the level is unqualified, it will leak due to moisture accumulation. The wall hole punched during installation is too high, causing the drain pipe to lead out to a higher position, causing the drain pipe to drain unsmoothly, causing the water receiving pan of the indoor unit to overflow, and the indoor unit will also leak water.

   Reason two: use problem

   In terms of use, one is ‘dirty blocking’, that is, dust that has not been cleaned in time accumulates in the plastic pipe, causing poor drainage. The second is that the drain pipe is moved or knotted. Third, the drain pipe that has been used for a long time is cracked due to the aging of the plastic.

   Common treatment methods for air-conditioning leaks in computer rooms:

   For the reason of water leakage, remind engineers to observe whether the machine is level and whether the wall hole is higher than the machine during the installation of the air conditioner in the computer room. In the process of use, the filter should be cleaned frequently to avoid water leakage and improve the cooling efficiency. Do not move or knot the drain pipe.

  About the air conditioning drain pipe problem in the computer room:

  B. The drain pipe is too long and the water flow is not smooth. Treatment method: try to shorten the length of the drain pipe.

  C, the drain pipe is uneven and twisted. Treatment method: rearrange the drain pipe.

  D. The drain pipe (hose) is squeezed. Treatment method: arrange the squeezed part of the drain pipe (hose).

  E, the drain pipe is broken or cracked. Treatment method: Replace the drain pipe.

  F. Insert the water outlet of the drain pipe into the water. Treatment method: Take out the drain pipe inserted into the water.

  G, the drain pipe joint is loose. Solution: Reconnect the connector.

  H, the drain pipe is dirty with foreign matter. Treatment method: the drain pipe is dirty and blocked by foreign matter.

  About the evaporator problem:

   The evaporator in the air-conditioning room of the computer room freezes, causing water leakage when it melts. There are three treatment methods:

   1. The system lacks fluoride, so add fluoride.

   2. Cleaning the air duct system.

  3. If the wind speed is abnormal, adjust the wind speed to normal.

  About the indoor connecting pipe problem:

   There are condensed water droplets on the outside of the insulation layer of the connecting pipe on the indoor side of the air conditioner, forming drips. There are three treatment methods:

   1. The material of the insulation layer is poor (the foaming density is not enough, the material is too thin), thicken the insulation layer or replace the insulation material.

2. The set temperature is too low and the wind speed is too low, which reduces the heat exchange capacity of the indoor unit. The temperature of the return pipe is too low, the indoor temperature is high, and the humidity is large. It will be generated by long-term non-stop operation. Adjust the above factors appropriately. Can be improved.

  3. The surface of the drain pipe is too cold to cause condensate, so an insulation layer can be added.

   Regarding the water leakage of the indoor unit:

   Treatment method: Poor treatment of the installation drainage angle. The bend of the drainage pipe cannot be less than or close to 90 degrees, nor too much bend. The drainage pipe is made of PVC pipe material; the embedded internal unit is not installed horizontally, adjust the level of the indoor unit.
