   1. Installation phase: central air-conditioning has to be installed three times

  Central air conditioners should be planned in advance during the decoration preparation stage. The installation location of the internal unit must be determined in advance, and the strong wires that need to be used must be pre-arranged. Generally, the factory can be arranged for installation after the plumber enters the site.

   1. The first installation (contact installation when water and electricity enter the site)

  1, refrigerant copper pipe

   The operating condition of the refrigerant in the central air conditioner directly determines the effect of use, so the quality of the refrigerant copper pipe is very important. The pressure in the tube of the traditional R22 refrigerant (freon) is generally about 20 kg, while the pressure in the tube of the new R410 refrigerant reaches 36 kg. Therefore, central air conditioners using new refrigerants need to choose more high-quality refrigerant copper tubes.

  The copper pipe (commonly known as extruded pipe) produced by the extrusion process has uniform wall thickness and can withstand higher pressure. Another common type of copper pipe on the market is produced by drawing process (commonly known as drawing pipe), which is prone to uneven wall thickness, which poses hidden dangers to the safety of the refrigerant system.

  2, copper pipe insulation

  The operation of the refrigerant directly determines the effect of use, and the copper pipe insulation cannot be ignored.

  3, condensate pipe

   The condensate pipe is hidden in the ceiling and will be closed at the end. Although the quality of the air conditioner will not affect the effect of the air conditioner, if it leaks, the consequences are very serious. However, this material has a certain coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction, so it may squeak during use, and the air outlet may also be slightly arched in low temperatures in winter. The tuyere will turn yellow after prolonged use and it is not easy to clean.

   3. Installation specifications: 8-step installation, step by step specifications need to be in place

   Good materials and no good construction techniques will also affect the use effect of air conditioners, and air conditioners are easily damaged. Every step must be careful.

  1, the internal machine is in place

   The first step when the construction team enters the field is to hoist the internal machine. Just pay attention to two points to avoid subsequent problems.

   (1) The distance between the internal machine and the roof should not be less than 1 cm to avoid resonance with the wall when the machine is running.

   (2) The internal machine must be hoisted and in a horizontal position. After installation, special tools need to be used to measure whether the machine is level.

   2. Installation of refrigerant copper pipe

  After installing the internal unit, you can install the refrigerant copper pipe, which is an important part of the central air-conditioning installation process.

   (1) All welding points should be the joints of copper pipes and branch pipes. There is no welding of copper pipes and copper pipes.

  (2) Nitrogen must be flushed into the copper pipe during the welding process (nitrogen-filled welding process). This makes the copper pipe no air and avoids welding and carbon build-up on the inner wall, which may cause malfunctions when entering the compressor during official operation.

   (3) After welding, high-pressure nitrogen should be used to blow soot inside the tube to keep the copper tube clean.

  3, nitrogen filling to maintain pressure

   This is a pressure test that must be performed on the copper pipe after the welding is completed. The copper pipe is filled with a certain pressure of nitrogen to maintain the pressure. The general pressure test time is 24 hours.

   Special instructions are required: When using R410 refrigerant, the pressure in the tube must be maintained at 40 kg, and the pressure in the tube must be maintained at 20 kg for R22 refrigerant.

  Nitrogen is an inert gas with a small expansion coefficient, and there is almost no pressure change due to thermal expansion and contraction. If the pressure gauge drops during the test, check whether there is a problem with the welding of the refrigerant pipe.

In order to ensure that the installation and construction are in place, all pressure gauges will not be dismantled after the regular pressure is maintained for 24 hours. They will not be dismantled until the external machine is energized and tested. (To avoid accidental damage to the refrigerant system during other decoration construction), it can fully ensure the safe operation of the refrigerant system .

   4. Installation of condensate pipe

   After connecting the condensate pipe from the internal machine to the outdoor or floor drain, maintain at least a slope of> 1%. High-quality installations are connected from the indoor unit and landed nearby. After z*, they will be connected to the outdoor or floor drain together with other condensate pipes.

   5. Install the external machine

   The air outlet of the outdoor fan must be within 15 cm of the rear of the 50 cm internal and external unit without obstructions, and all floor feet must be equipped with shock absorbers to ensure the normal operation of the outdoor unit.

  6, vacuum

  After the external unit is installed, the refrigerant tube needs to be evacuated before the refrigerant is filled, and the air in the tube must be evacuated to keep the tube dry and free of moisture. Otherwise, the air and water will mix with the refrigerant to produce ice crystals, which may cause serious damage to the equipment.

   Specification: The refrigerant pipe needs to be connected to the external machine for operation; the vacuuming time is generally no less than two hours on-line, and the one-to-one duct machine is no less than 20 minutes.

   7. Filling with refrigerant

   After the above work is completed, you can open the refrigerant valve to release the refrigerant in the external machine, start the test and check the pressure, and make appropriate supplements until the debugging is completed and the ideal working state is reached.

   8. Tuyere measurement installation

   Return air vent: Usually, the air return vent will be installed together with the maintenance opening. The size of the air vent must match the return air vent of the internal machine, and there can be no misalignment, so as to achieve the best return air volume of z*; and ensure that there is enough maintenance space.

   Air outlet: If ABS air outlet is used, there must be a certain amount of thermal expansion and contraction space when measuring the air outlet. Please also note that the air outlet must not be installed near the light strip (reason: if there is a light strip in front of the air outlet, it will cause the air conditioner to block the wind when heating, and the hot air will go up, making the hot air trapped in the room. The upper part, so that the entire activity space feels insufficient heat, and it takes a long time to feel hot.)

For the air outlets embedded or recessed in the ceiling, please pay attention to check whether the ceiling is completed.
