1. The main medium of the high-pressure cleaning shell and tube condenser is water. The water must be filtered before use to prevent impurities in the water from clogging the water pipe during cleaning. In particular, do not allow impurities to enter the shell and tube condenser through the high-pressure cleaner.

　　2. When using high-pressure water for cleaning, safety protection measures should be taken for the operators. The operators should wear safety helmets. At the same time, safety education should be given to the operators to ensure construction safety.

When cleaning the nozzle, use an eight-hole nozzle to ensure that the water flow can be sprayed evenly, and at the same time to ensure that the heat transfer nozzle is fully exposed, and it is convenient to clean the heat transfer nozzle and the inner wall evenly. During cleaning, a dedicated person should be arranged to operate the control valve, and the cleaning staff should cooperate well to carry out pressurization cleaning and decompression drainage in time.

4. When cleaning the heat transfer tube, always observe the descaling ability of the high-pressure water. After reaching the descaling requirement, stop the pressurization of the cleaning water. When moving the high-pressure tube, you must firmly hold and move slowly. Repeat cleaning until all the internal dirt falls off, and then perform decompression and drainage to flush the heat transfer tubes one by one.
