2. The air cooler in the warehouse should be cleaned and defrosted in time to improve the refrigeration efficiency and save electricity. No water should accumulate in the water pan of the air cooler.

  3. Unfrozen hot goods are not allowed to enter the frozen storage room to prevent damage to the cold storage and ensure the quality of the goods.

  4. It is necessary to manage the cold storage door, close the door when the goods enter and exit, and repair the damaged door in a timely manner, so that it can be opened flexibly, closed tightly, and does not escape the cold.

   One, warehouse management

1. In order to protect the floor and prevent frost damage, the goods shall not be directly spread on the floor to freeze, and the hook or plate shall not be knocked on the floor, and the piles and piles are not allowed to fall.

2. The weight of commodity stacks and hanging rails shall not exceed the design load.

  3. In the cold storage room without floor anti-freezing measures, the floor should be prevented from freezing during use.

  4. It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the use of the building on a regular basis, and promptly repair any problems found. The electrical wiring in the warehouse should be maintained frequently to prevent leakage, and the lights should be turned off when leaving the warehouse.

   2. Cold storage commodity storage and hygiene

  1. The cold storage should strengthen the storage and sanitation of goods, pay attention to the maintenance of goods, strictly implement the "Food Sanitation Law", ensure the quality of goods, and reduce the loss of dry consumption. Full-time quality assurance staff (custodians) should be assigned to check the quality of goods in and out of the warehouse, and the warehouse must meet the requirements of food hygiene.

  2. Strictly control the shelf life of the goods in the warehouse, check regularly, first-in-first-out, if any abnormality of the goods is found, the quality inspection form shall be issued in time, and the owner shall deal with it quickly.

  The following products must be selected, sorted or repackaged before they can be stored. The following commodities are not allowed to be stored:

1. Commodities that are spoiled and corrupt, have peculiar smell, and are not in accordance with hygiene;

2. Fresh eggs soaked in rain or water;

  3. Salted or immersed in salt water (except for warehouses and special warehouses that have been preservative), products that are not tightly packaged, and products that are running juice;

  4. Commodities that are flammable, explosive, toxic, and chemically corrosive.

   3. Common problems and failures of cold storage equipment

   1. Frequently check and confirm whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements. The voltage should be 380V±10% (three-phase four-wire). When cold storage equipment is not used for a long time, the total power supply of the cold storage should be cut off, and the refrigeration unit should not be damp or polluted by other substances such as ash.

   2. The condenser on the refrigeration unit is easily contaminated and should be cleaned regularly according to the actual situation. In order to maintain a good heat transfer effect. Good heat dissipation means good cooling. Do not pile up debris around the refrigeration unit;

   3. The electrical equipment of the cold storage should be protected from moisture to avoid electric shock accidents caused by leakage.

  4. The hinges, handles, and door locks of cold storage doors should be regularly lubricated according to actual conditions.

   5. The overhaul of electrical equipment in the cold storage should be performed by an electrician or a person who knows how to use electricity. Any overhaul must be cut off to ensure safety.

  6. ​​Vibration should be avoided during the operation of the refrigerator. In addition to increasing mechanical wear, vibration will also cause the connecting pipe on the unit to loosen or break. If abnormal noise is found during the operation of the machine, it should be shut down for inspection and removed before running. The protection functions of the refrigeration compressor unit have been set in advance and no adjustment is required.

  7. Regularly check whether the connecting pipes of the refrigeration unit and the connecting pipes on the valves are firm, and whether there is refrigerant leakage (oil stains will appear in the general leakage area). The practical method of leak detection is: dip a sponge or soft cloth with detergent, rub it to foam, and then evenly apply it to the leak detection area and observe for several minutes. If it leaks, bubbles will appear. Mark the leaking place, and then do the tightening or gas welding treatment (by professional refrigeration staff to perform maintenance operations).

   8. No debris should be piled on the top of the cold storage (top plate), otherwise the storage board of the cold storage will be deformed and affect the insulation performance, and keep the channels around the cold storage unobstructed. Only by ensuring good heat dissipation can the cooling be good. The location of the cold storage should be kept dry, clean, free of flammable and explosive materials, and ensure that there are no safety hazards. Do not stack objects in front of the evaporator (leave a certain gap), so as not to affect the cooling effect.

  9. If the air humidity is too high, the defrosting interval is long, and the storage temperature setting is not normal, all these will cause the frost layer on the evaporator in the storage to thicken, and the storage temperature will not drop. At this time, defrost (defrost) treatment should be carried out. Observe in time and stop defrosting immediately when the frost layer disappears. Wait a while before starting the device.

  10. The internal temperature, temperature difference and other parameters of the Fuzhou cold storage should be set according to the actual situation of the cold storage, and the parameters cannot be changed arbitrarily. The cold storage has been customized according to user requirements when it leaves the factory. It is necessary to understand the technical parameters of the cold storage before setting various parameters on the controller.

  11. The compressor should avoid frequent starting, and the interval between stops should not be less than 6 minutes. It is found that when the oil level of the compressor sight glass drops or becomes dirty, it needs to be added or replaced in time. Do not add unqualified refrigerating machine oil with incorrect grades and long-term exposure to the air resulting in high water content, otherwise it will cause high temperature carbonization, low temperature waxing, Failures such as damaged motor insulation and difficulty in returning oil to the system. Always pay attention to temperature changes at the compressor casing, body and cylinder head to determine whether the compressor is operating normally. The refrigeration compressor unit does not need to be refueled under normal circumstances. If it is determined that it is necessary to add oil, a professional should add the special oil for the compressor, and the amount of oil should be determined by the professional, and it should not be added blindly.

   12. Regularly check whether the power supply voltage is normal (three-phase four-wire), and check whether the protection function of the main power switch is normal and effective.

   3. Common faults and troubleshooting of cold storage

   1. There is no electricity on the distribution box or the display does not display. Please check whether the special brake of the cold storage is malfunctioning. (Check power supply and distribution box)

   2. The cold storage is not cooling or the cooling effect is poor. Check whether the condenser of the refrigerator is dirty. Check whether the frost is too thick on the evaporator in the warehouse. Check if the refrigerant is leaking (coat the pipe connection with soapy water, there are bubbles that indicate refrigerant leakage). And ask professionals to add refrigerant and deal with the leakage. Check whether the seal of the cold storage door is intact and eliminate it. Check whether the refrigerator in the cold storage is working. Check whether the parameter setting of the computer controller of the cold storage is correct and readjust it. Check whether the controller of the cold storage is malfunctioning and replace it. Check whether there are enough gaps for the items stacked in the warehouse and clear them.

   3. There is abnormal noise when the machine is running, please stop it and check whether it is caused by vibration or mechanical failure. There is abnormal noise in the distribution box. This is the sound made by the AC contactor. It is due to the damage of the contactor, the inflexible moving parts of the iron suction, and the dirt on the suction surface of the iron. Please press it back after power off. The iron absorption of the contactor or the removal of the contactor for cleaning can eliminate noise.

  4. The refrigerator starts frequently or does not start for a long time or stops when the refrigerator does not stop after a long time.

A. Check whether there is dirt on the condenser. Poor heat dissipation will cause the condensing pressure of the refrigerator to be too high. In order to protect the compressor, the machine will stop running under the action of the pressure controller. After the heat dissipation is good, press the pressure controller. The black reset button, the machine can automatically resume operation.

   B. The parameter setting of the controller is wrong, just reset it.

  C, the cooling is not good, please refer to fault 2.

  D, temperature control fails.

  E, electrical appliances are damaged.

   5. The cold storage distribution box does not respond after closing, but the three-phase power is normal. Please check the neutral line to see if there is 220V voltage. The parts of the cold storage (various valves, controllers) have been set, and there are no parts that users need to adjust.

  6. The lighting in the library does not light up. Please check if the switch is malfunctioning and the bulb is damaged. When checking, cut off the power supply and pay attention to the waterproof of the lamp when installing the lamp cover.

  7. When the ambient temperature is too high, after the refrigerator has been running for a period of time, the storage temperature has not reached the set value and the refrigerator will be shut down in advance. This is because the condensing pressure of the refrigerator is too high due to the increase of the ambient temperature. In order to protect the compressor, the machine stops running under the action of the pressure controller. After the heat dissipation is good, press the black reset button on the pressure controller, and the machine is Can automatically resume operation. And check whether the water condenser has good heat dissipation. Do not arbitrarily adjust the set value on the pressure controller, otherwise the pressure controller will not play the role of protecting the refrigerator.

   8. The cold storage door is not closed tightly. Please adjust the hinge on the door and the distance between the door lock and the storage body. (The adjustment complex degree should not be too large, otherwise the door switch will be very inflexible.)
