8 tips for design and installation of cold storage aluminum row evaporator

   1. Cleaning procedures are essential

  Before the installation of the aluminum row, the inner wall of the cold storage aluminum row pipe should be cleaned of oxide scale and dirt in the pipe, and the welding slag should be carefully removed from the welded pipe to facilitate cleaning and leak detection. When welding elbows of cold storage aluminum platoon pipes, wipe clean the surface anti-corrosion layer of the welding place. Before welding the elbow and connecting pipe, blow the inside of the aluminum pipe to prevent the aluminum slag from blocking the safety valve during use. When welding, the welding current must be adjusted well to avoid welding penetration or surface welding. 

     2. There are tricks to take over

  In the procedure of taking over the aluminum row, the length of the pipe should be shortened as much as possible to minimize unnecessary elbows. It can not only reduce the flow resistance loss, but also save materials and labor. In the process of bending the pipe, professional pipe bending tools should be used to ensure the smoothness, smoothness and beauty of the pipe. When installing the throttle valve as close as possible to the evaporator, try to reduce the loss of cold capacity and achieve z* energy saving effect. When it is necessary to assemble and generate heat, it is rigorous to avoid internal fracture of the heating wire when it is pulled or bent under any circumstances.

  3, install in strict accordance with the product manual

  In the installation of the cold storage aluminum pipe, it must be matched with the relevant refrigeration equipment according to the instructions, and it cannot be changed at will. Because the pressure resistance strength and pipeline flow resistance of each model of aluminum row products are different, they should be matched strictly in accordance with the instructions. If it is too small, the pressure drop will increase, which will easily cause gas flash before the expansion valve.

  4. Take over to match anti-vibration measures

   The connection pipe should have anti-vibration measures, and the longer connection pipe should be supported by a shelf to avoid vibration damage or bumps. When the shorter tube is connected to the equipment, it is strictly required to be vertical and horizontal, so that the refrigerant moves in a straight direction and reduces vibration. If the hot and cold pipes pass through the wall, pipe sleeves should be installed, otherwise the hot and cold pipes passing through the wall will cause tension or thrust to the wall. For parallel equipment (especially the evaporator pipes), the pipes must be arranged symmetrically so that the liquid is evenly supplied, and the appearance of the pipes should be neat and beautiful.

  5. Use trabecula cleverly for quick leveling

  Why are the cold storage projects installed quickly and the aluminum row pipes are arranged neatly? This is because when hanging the aluminum row, the small beams should be installed under the insulation board on the top of the cold storage. The through rods of the aluminum row and the trabecular are hung together with a double-head hook, which can ensure quick installation and the aluminum row is arranged evenly.

   6. How to ensure the flue effect?

  Aluminum row and storage roof insulation board leave a gap of 50-100mm, which serves as a channel for convection of cold and hot air to easily achieve the flue effect.

  7. What should I pay attention to when installing an air cooler?

   If you want to install an air cooler, the direction of the air outlet should be the same as the hoisting direction of the aluminum pipe.

   8. Precautions for pipe connection

In the precautions for pipe connection, when welding the aluminum row, be sure to wrap the copper and aluminum ports with a wet towel to prevent damage to the heat shrinkable film and the copper-aluminum interface after overheating; do not bend the copper and aluminum heads of the aluminum row; when lifting the aluminum row, Special attention should be paid not to contact with aluminum row pipes to prevent iron and aluminum from corroding the aluminum pipes due to the battery effect; hanging aluminum row for load-bearing load is calculated according to the projection area of 160KG/㎡.
