Several reasons for the poor cooling effect of air-cooled chillers

A chiller that uses a fan to exchange air to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation is called an air-cooled chiller. Based on the fact that the temperature in summer is getting higher day by day, and there is no maintenance for the chiller, then its cooling effect will definitely decrease.

  According to the statistics of after-sales maintenance personnel, the main reasons for the decrease in the cooling effect of air-cooled chillers are:

   1. There is more dust on the surface of the compressor, which causes slow heat dissipation of the compressor and indirectly affects the cooling effect;

  2, the refrigerant leaks or is insufficient, which causes the cooling effect of the chiller to decrease;

  3. The accumulation of debris or sludge in the evaporator causes the flow rate to slow down, which affects the evaporation and condensation capacity and reduces the cooling effect;

  4. The V-shaped aluminum condenser is dusty, which affects the heat dissipation effect;

  5. Poor heat dissipation at the installation location of the chiller;

   6. The equipped unit is operating at full load, and the ambient temperature rises, resulting in insufficient cooling power and thus affecting the cooling effect.
