Installation requirements of fan-coil air conditioner water system

1) The vertical division of the water system is determined according to the pressure-bearing capacity of the fan coil and the pipeline, so that the water volume of each loop is evenly distributed. If the pressure difference is large, a balance valve should be installed in the loop.

　　 2) In order to prevent the coil from being blocked, a water filter should be installed on the water supply pipe of the fan coil. Currently, Y-type water filters are commonly used.

　　3) The inlet and outlet pipes should be equipped with rubber soft joints, and the support and hanger adopts vibration-proof measures to prevent vibration and noise during the operation of the unit, which will affect its normal operation.

　　4) In order to facilitate the maintenance of the fan coil unit, the initial adjustment hydraulic balance should be equipped with regulating valves on the water supply and return pipes of the unit.

　　5) The slope of the condensate pipe of the fan coil. Generally not less than 0.01.

6) The cold water supply and return temperature of the fan coil unit is generally 7-12℃, and the hot water supply and return temperature is generally 50-60℃. If possible, the temperature difference between the supply and return water can be increased. The circulating water quality should be treated with water. Clean water.

　　7) The horizontal pipe section of the fan coil water system and the highest point of the coil should be equipped with an exhaust valve (currently produced coils have a manual exhaust valve at the highest point), and a sewage drainage device should be installed at the lowest point.

　　 8) The fan coil water system is generally closed loop, and the expansion tank should be connected to the pump return pipe.
