Installation process of ground source heat pump heat exchanger

If the machine works for a long time, it will get hot, because once the machine works, it will do work, and the work will naturally generate a lot of heat. If this heat is not released in time, it is likely to damage the machine. Therefore, a heat exchanger device is installed on the ground source heat pump equipment. For the installation of ground source heat pump heat exchangers, we can refer to the following methods:

The heat exchangers are installed in series or in parallel. There are two types of loops for fluid flow in ground source heat pump heat exchangers: series and parallel. The series system has a larger pipe diameter and higher pipeline costs, and the length and pressure drop characteristics limit the system capacity. Parallel systems have smaller pipe diameters, lower pipeline costs, and are often arranged in the same pattern. When the flow of each parallel loop is balanced, the heat exchange rate is the same, and its pressure drop characteristics are beneficial to improve the system capacity. Therefore, the actual project generally uses the same program in parallel.

pipe selection. Generally speaking, once the heat exchanger is buried in the ground, it is basically impossible to repair or replace it. This requires that the chemical properties of the buried underground pipes are stable and corrosion resistant. The metal pipes used in conventional air-conditioning systems have serious shortcomings in this regard, and there are more pipes that need to be buried underground, and lower-priced pipes should be given priority. Therefore, plastic pipes are generally used in ground source heat pump systems.

Determine the pipe diameter. In actual engineering, two requirements must be met to determine the pipe diameter: (1) The pipe should be large enough to maintain the minimum transmission power; (2) The pipe should be small enough to maintain turbulent flow in the pipe to ensure the transmission between the fluid and the inner wall of the pipe. heat. Obviously, the above two requirements contradict each other and need to be considered comprehensively. Generally, a small pipe diameter is used for the parallel loop, and a large pipe diameter is used for the header.

The installation process of the ground source heat pump heat exchanger must be followed, otherwise, it will affect the later use on the one hand and be prone to failure, on the other hand, it will also have a lot of impact on the construction.
