How to recover refrigerant
1. How to recover the refrigerant from the industrial chiller to the accumulator?
The specific operation steps for recovering the refrigerant from the industrial chiller to the accumulator are:
1. Open all the valves of the industrial chiller refrigeration system, and turn the suction shut-off valve counterclockwise to make it fully open, and then connect the repair valve to the suction shut-off valve with a multi-purpose connector;
2. Close the repair valve and adjust the suction stop valve to the three-way position;
3. Turn clockwise to close the outlet stop valve of the reservoir;
4. Start the refrigeration compressor of the industrial chiller, and the main force in the evaporator is sucked into the condenser and accumulator.
2. How to recover the refrigerant from the industrial chiller to the cylinder?
The refrigerant is stored in a special steel cylinder, and the steps to recover the refrigerant from the industrial water cooler to the cylinder:
1. Connect the repair valve with a pressure vacuum gauge to the bypass hole of the suction stop valve first, and adjust the suction stop valve to the three-way position.
2. Turn the exhaust shut-off valve counterclockwise to the fully open state, unscrew the plug of the bypass hole of the exhaust shut-off valve, and install the multi-purpose connector.
3. Connect the empty refrigerant cylinder to the multi-purpose joint of the exhaust shut-off valve with a hose, but do not tighten the joint at the end of the refrigerant cylinder.
4. Slightly open the exhaust shut-off valve, remove the air in the connecting hose, and tighten the joint.
5. Fully open the valve of the refrigerant cylinder, and use cooling water to continuously shower the refrigerant cylinder.
6. Pneumatic compressor, slowly close the exhaust shut-off valve clockwise, the refrigerant in the industrial chiller is gradually compressed into the refrigerant cylinder.
Regardless of whether the refrigerant of the industrial chiller is recovered to the accumulator or the cylinder, as long as the refrigerant recovery is completed, the pressure of the pressure gauge at the suction end is 0.01MPa. After the compressor is turned off, if the pressure does not rise, it means the refrigerant After the recovery is completed, if the pressure rises, it means that the refrigerant has not been recovered, and the operation should be performed again according to the above method.
