How to choose the cold dryer and precision filter for the air compressor

Why do we have a refrigerated dryer with a precision filter. The air compressed by the air compressor contains oil and solid particles. After the compressed air is dried by the refrigerated dryer, there will be oil and some solid particles. It can’t be handled. Many industries have high requirements for compressed air quality, so precision filters need to be installed. Generally speaking, three precision filters are the most suitable. The cost is not high, but it is processed by precision filters. The quality of the compressed air will be greatly improved. Precision filters are generally divided into Q-level, P-level and S-level. The three-level precision filter Q-level handles solid particles above 3 microns to achieve z* low residual oil content. The content is 5ppm, there is a small amount of moisture, oil mist and dust, the P grade can filter out liquid and solid particles less than 1 micron, to reach the minimum residual oil content of 0.5ppm, there is a trace of moisture, oil mist and dust, S grade Filters out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01 microns, and achieves a minimum residual oil content of 0.001ppm. Almost all water, oil mist and dust are removed.

The choice of refrigeration dryer is mainly determined by the air compressor displacement. This is relatively simple. The processing capacity of the refrigeration dryer only needs to be slightly larger than the air compressor displacement.
