But if there are high temperature and high pressure gas, residual corrosion, acidic materials and decomposed lubrication in the installation Oil, its outcome (unless the employment valve or operating organization is initially damaged) will eventually cause the built-in electromechanical damage.
The refrigeration setting of the compressor cannot be cleaned recklessly due to the destruction of the electrical machinery. Otherwise, the changed built-in electromechanical will be destroyed again by the remnants left in the setting after the previous electromechanical destruction.
Such settings should be washed as follows:
1. Close the compressor shut-off valve to separate the other departments and the compressor. Remove the compressor without shut-off valve and install a replacement compressor.
2. Take some lubricant samples from the replacement compressor and put them in a glass, so that they can be used for comparison after the washing job is terminated.
3. Keep the isolation of the compressor and the system and vacuum the compressor, then open the compressor shut-off valve, close the liquid valve and other valves to minimize the secretion of refrigerant, and then empty the system, although in the process Some dirt will enter the compressor, but the compressor will not become damaged in a short time. This kind of dirt can be removed by a dry filter.
4. Inspect all operating and switching devices, such as expansion valves, solenoid valves, safety valves, bypass valves, etc., if necessary, wash or change, remove or change all dry filters, and their filter elements or filters are mandatory. Wash or change. If the sight glass is invalid, it should be changed. The delivery power set in the left certificate is installed with an acid drying filter on the suction pipe, and a large-capacity acid drying filter is installed on the liquid pipe.
5. The acid inhalation filter of the suction pipe and the large-capacity acid filter of the liquid pipe are mandatory to install. Both specifications are determined by the capacity set on the left.
6. Keep the compressor and the system in operation. The residual dirt from the system will supplement the pressure loss of the dry filter. Therefore, the force drop of the dry filter must be checked for at most 4 hours of isolation to prevent measurement errors. To prevent this Negligence should be checked frequently. If the pressure drop exceeds the maximum value of z* in Figures 31 to 33, change the associated dry filter.
7. After the system has been running for 48 hours, check the smell and color of the lubricating oil. If possible, use an acid tester to determine the acid content. If the lubricating oil has an ignited sour smell or the sight glass shows a higher moisture content , The dry filter and lubricating oil should be changed again. The system is forced to repeat the above-mentioned inspection again after 48 hours of operation again. Repeated operation and inspection until the lubricating oil is pure and tasteless, the color and the value obtained in the second point upstream The original oil sample is similar.
8. If the large-capacity dry filter on the liquid pipe is replaced with a normal specification, the dry filter on the suction pipe should be destroyed. If you plan to continue using it, install it from the beginning.
9. In order to ensure the successful operation thereafter, the inspection will be performed again after the washing job has been completed and the operation has been set up from the beginning for two weeks.
