Maintenance of automobile air conditioning control system
When troubleshooting and overhauling the automotive air-conditioning control electrical system, the specific failure phenomena should be observed and the possible failure locations should be analyzed to avoid blindness in overhaul. In addition, familiarity with the structure and function of the circuit is also very important for troubleshooting accurately and quickly.

1) Common failure phenomena of air conditioning control system
The specific faults of the air-conditioning control system include refrigeration compressor not working, blower not rotating or running abnormally, electric fan not rotating or running abnormally, etc. The failure causes of various failure phenomena are shown in the table.
2) Coolant temperature controller
The function of each terminal The coolant temperature controller is the core component of the air conditioning control system. It controls the compressor clutch through the input coolant temperature sensor, pressure switch and other related signals
Relay blower and electric fan relay, etc., make the air-conditioning system work differently. Therefore, familiarity with the connection parts and functions of each terminal of the coolant temperature controller will help to find and troubleshoot accurately and quickly.
3) Preliminary work for electrical system troubleshooting. When the air-conditioning system fails and the electrical system needs to be checked, first check: (1) Whether the relevant fuses in the power supply box are normal;
(2) Whether the relevant fuses in the fuse box in the cab are normal;
(3) Whether the wiring harness connector of the air conditioning electrical system is loose.
(4) After eliminating the above faults, if the fault still exists, check the possible faulty components and circuits according to the analysis of the fault phenomenon.
