The repair time is often more than one day, which has further caused large-scale freezing damage to the heating system of hot users.

   After a sudden power failure, he took "misoperation"

   If there is no backup power supply, the main circulating water pump will be shut down. Although various necessary measures have been taken to shut down the boiler, the hot water boiler will still heat up and increase the pressure. At this time, the operator was worried about the boiler overpressure, and adopted "misoperation": that is, open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure, so that the boiler pressure drops, often immediately below the "saturation pressure" corresponding to the current furnace temperature. Immediately cause the boiler to vaporize.

  Safety valve constant pressure is "low"

   If the safety valve of the heating equipment is set according to the actual working pressure of the system, it is often lower than the rated pressure that the heating equipment can bear. When the pressure of the heating system rises to the set value due to a power failure, the safety valve will automatically open. But the pressure at this time is lower than the saturation pressure at the current water temperature, which causes the heating equipment to vaporize.

  Automatic control system failure

When the inlet valve of the heating equipment (hot water boiler or heating network steam water heater) is an electric valve and is controlled by an automatic control system, the automatic control system often fails, causing the inlet valve to suddenly close and vaporizing the heating equipment. Produce severe soda impact. This kind of accident has happened in many places.

   2. The main equipment of the heat source fails, causing the entire system to stop operating    This kind of accident mostly occurs when there is no spare equipment, and the equipment is overhauled or maintained improperly, or caused by violation of safety operation regulations. Accidents that have occurred include:

   The failure of the "main boiler" (such as deflagration, tube burst, etc.), there is no backup boiler or the backup boiler cannot be shipped in time.

   The auxiliary equipment (drum, induced draft fan, etc.) of the "main transport boiler" failed.

  3. Boiler fuel shortage or low fuel quality
