The cost of cold storage with a refrigeration capacity of less than 60kw is relatively large. It is generally suitable for small cold storage and air conditioning units. The cost of such small cold storage within 100 square meters ranges from 30,000 to 100,000. Refrigeration equipment is generally used in fully enclosed refrigeration compressor units. There are many such air conditioning units seen in daily life, and of course they are also suitable for cold storage.
The cold storage generally adopts refrigeration units such as Bitzer and Copeland. The internal unit can use ceiling-mounted air coolers and piping. The air conditioning equipment is a special case, and the units are divided into many types.
1. Hermetic refrigeration compressor: The refrigeration capacity is less than 60KW, which is mostly used in air conditioners and small cold storage refrigeration equipment.
2. Semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor: The refrigeration capacity is 60～600KW, which can be used in various air conditioning and cold storage refrigeration equipment.
3. Screw type refrigeration compressor: The refrigeration capacity is 100～1200KW, which can be used in large and medium-sized air conditioners and cold storage refrigeration equipment.
Common cold storage types:
1. Constant temperature cold storage, storage temperature at 10-15℃, storage of tropical fruits, sweet potatoes, etc.; (applicable to 60kw equipment)
2, fresh-keeping cold storage, storage temperature at 0-5 ℃, storage of fruits, vegetables, food, medicine, etc.; (applicable to 60kw equipment)
3. Cold storage, storage temperature at -5--18℃, storing ice cream, meat products, medicine, frozen food, etc.; (applicable to 60kw equipment)
4. Freezer, storage temperature -18-25℃, seafood, food, meat products, medicinal materials, industry, etc.; (not applicable to 60kw equipment)
5. Ultra-low temperature warehouse, storage temperature is -35-45℃, ultra-low temperature cold storage is generally used for glutinous rice balls, dumplings, zongzi, etc., and the freezing time is relatively short; (60kw equipment is not applicable)
