  The hoisting position of the indoor unit should ensure that the condensed water of the air conditioner can be discharged, the air pipe installation is convenient and the air supply is smooth.

   Full-threaded boom must be used, and the indoor unit must be fixed with double nuts to ensure that the machine is hung firmly.

   After the indoor unit is hoisted, the level must be adjusted.

   When installing the throttling component, it must be installed vertically upwards and horizontally. It is forbidden to tilt or invert it, and pay attention to the connection direction when connecting.

  The indoor unit is wrapped with a dust cover to prevent a large amount of dust from entering the inside of the machine and affecting the running effect of the machine.

  Ensure that there is enough space for installation and maintenance around the indoor unit, and the organization of the return air flow is reasonable.

   4. Refrigerant pipe construction

  1, bracket installation

  The rack distance should not be too large, and the installed racks must be arranged neatly.

  2, refrigerant piping installation

   Use a cutting knife to cut a copper pipe of the corresponding length.

  Clean up the burrs at the ports and the copper chips in the pipes.

  3, refrigerant tube protection

   If the piping cannot be connected to the internal and external machines in time, it must be sealed to prevent the intrusion of dust, moisture, etc.; when the piping penetrates the wall, it is necessary to add a sleeve for timely sealing protection.

   4. Branch pipe installation

   The branch pipe cannot be replaced by a tee, it can only be installed horizontally or vertically. The horizontal straight pipe section between the copper pipe turning and the adjacent branch pipe is ≥1M; the horizontal pipe section distance between two adjacent branch pipes is ≥1M; the horizontal straight pipe section distance between the branch pipe and the indoor unit is ≥0.5M.

  5, expansion tube connection

  Copper pipe diameter refrigerant pipe connection must be expanded, and it is forbidden to connect by expanding bell mouth.

   (2). The nut connection must be operated with two adjustable wrenches.

  7. Nitrogen-filled welding of refrigerant tube

  (1). To ensure the safety of construction, the nitrogen bottle needs to be connected with a pressure reducing valve, and the nitrogen pressure is controlled at 0.2-0.3KGF/CM2 during welding.

   (2). Determine the nitrogen path, insert the nitrogen pipe into the inlet of the refrigerant pipe to be welded and seal it, open the nitrogen bottle valve, adjust the nitrogen flow size through the pressure reducing valve, and perform welding after .

   8. Air tightness test of refrigerant pipe

   Connect the gas and liquid pipes together, lead out a pipe pressure gauge, and seal and weld this interface. R22 uses 28KG/CM nitrogen to maintain pressure (R410A system uses 40KGF/CM2). Pay attention to the pressure correction before and after the pressure test. There will be a pressure change of +0.1KGF/CM2 every +1°. The temperature during the pressure test and the confirmed temperature should be recorded.

  9, the refrigerant pipe blows dirt

   In principle, blow dirt from top to bottom or horizontally, with a pressure of 5KG/CM2 to ensure that there is no impurities in the system.

   Use the following methods to blow dirt:

  A. Hold a suitable plugging material against the main pipe port on the air side of the indoor unit;

   B. Use nitrogen to gradually pressurize the inside of the tube. When the pressure increases and cannot be resisted, suddenly release the nozzle.

   Repeat steps A and B for repeated blowing

  10. Refrigerant pipe insulation

   (1). Use a paper knife to cut the insulation material larger than the gap, and coat the end surface of the insulation pipe with glue.

   (2). Pull the two ports apart, insert the insulation material, and paste the joints with glue.

   5. Condensate pipe installation

   1. The condensate pipe should be installed with a slope of 1/100.

   2. When setting the air vent, 2 elbows must be added to make the air vent face down to prevent dust and other dirt from falling into the pipe and blocking the pipe.

  3. The horizontal drainage pipe must avoid hedging to avoid poor drainage.

  4. For models with lift pumps, the height of the lift pipe cannot exceed the z* value specified by the equipment, and no vents can be set in the lift section.

  5. The support interval of the horizontal pipe is generally 0.8~1.2M, and it should not be too large, otherwise it will bend and form an air pocket.

   6. For indoor units with large negative pressure at the drain port of the drip tray, the drain pipe must be made of a trap. After the installation is completed, a full water flow test must be done.

   6. Pipeline system insulation installation

   1. The cooling medium pipe insulation material should use closed-cell foam insulation material, flame retardant B1 grade, and heat resistance over 120°C. When the outer diameter of the copper pipe is D≤12.7MM, the thickness of the insulation layer﹠=15MM or more;

   When the outer diameter of the copper pipe is D≥15.88MM, the thickness of the insulation layer is above 20MM.

   2. The condensate pipe should be insulated with a non-flammable B1 rubber-plastic insulation tube, and the thickness of the insulation layer is usually 10mm.

  3. The pipe shall pass through the wall with casing.

   Seven, signal line installation

1. A dedicated power supply circuit must be set up, and the allowable fluctuation range of the power supply voltage is ±10% of the rated voltage; the power supply capacity must be sufficient, the cable diameter must meet the requirements, and there must be a corresponding circuit breaker protection device; the grounding system must be reliable, such as the external air conditioner Attention should be paid to lightning protection at the height of the building ;

   2. The signal wire must use a three-core shielded wire, and the signal wire shielding layer must be connected to the sheet metal ground of the electric control box.

   8. Vacuum drying

Vacuum must be drawn from both sides of the gas and liquid at the same time; the ultimate vacuum of the vacuum pump must reach -756MMHG or below, and the exhaust volume must reach 4 liters/sec or more; the vacuum pump used in the R410A system must be equipped with a check valve or use a belt Vacuum pump with check valve.

   Nine, additional refrigerant

  According to the actual size and length of the liquid pipe, the additional amount of refrigerant is calculated by formulas, and the additional amount of refrigerant is recorded in the outdoor unit refrigerant addition table; the amount of refrigerant must not be estimated by measuring operating current, pressure, etc.

   Ten, debugging

  Confirm whether the number of indoor unit connections is consistent with the number displayed on the outdoor unit's digital tube; turn it on and check whether the drainage is unblocked, whether the indoor electromechanical control panel is faulty, whether the unit's operating current and inlet and outlet air temperature are within the allowable range.
