Refrigeration units are used in many industries. For example, semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors are used by many manufacturers. The problems and requirements that need to be paid attention to during the use of refrigeration equipment used in different industries are different, which is also a relatively normal phenomenon. Therefore, many manufacturers now conduct inspections before the process of use to see if the requirements of the industrial refrigeration unit before operation are met. Only when they are met can there be no problems in the process of use.

　　 1. Check whether the steering of the oil pump is correct;

　　 2. Separate the compressor from the motor, and check whether the rotation of the motor is correct;

　　3. Check whether the suction side, differential pressure relay for filter, exhaust side pressure relay, oil pressure and cooling water pressure, relay and oil pressure relay are sensitive;

　　4. The compressor oil is added to the cooler, and the amount of oil added should be kept at 1/2～3/4 of the sight glass, and should not be filled up;

　　 5. Install the coupling and correct it.

　　 6. Fill the system with refrigerant as required (usually R22)

　　 In this way, the working environment will not have any impact, and it can also help us effectively. Don't forget to do the cleaning and maintenance work when the heat is not in use.
