Compressed air purification equipment is a basic equipment in modern industry, and its energy consumption accounts for about 10% to 35% of the total energy consumption of the factory. Although the required air quality is determined by the processing accuracy of the selected single filter, there is no pretreatment protection of the pre-lower-level filter, and the high-precision filter element will soon be clogged due to excessive load.    1. Compressed air should be as clean and dry as possible without excess water;

  2. Compared with the comprehensive cost, the purification equipment with low price is not as effective as the good purification equipment. When choosing, choose the purification equipment with low comprehensive cost as much as possible;

  3. If there is already a relatively traditional purification equipment, if it is not fully equipped, it can be upgraded appropriately to reduce the overall cost and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction;

4. If you want to better filter out the pollutants in the compressed air, you should be equipped with a complete filter instead of a single filter, which not only achieves the quality of the compressed air, but also reduces the load of the single filter. The cost of frequent replacement due to large blockage;

5. The replacement of the filter element is not to say that no replacement is the best way to save costs, nor is it to say that it is frequently replaced, but to replace the filter element at the right time to ensure low power consumption and production costs, and reduce environmental impact. Burden.
