1. The refrigeration capacity of the compressor mainly depends on the refrigerant circulation of the compressor. 2. The condensing temperature of the cooling tower should be controlled at the best condensing temperature as much as possible. Relevant refrigeration experts estimate that, under other conditions unchanged, for every 1°C increase in the condensation temperature corresponding to the condensation pressure, the power consumption will increase by 3%. An increase in condensing pressure will result in an increase in energy consumption, a reduction in cooling capacity, a decrease in the coefficient of refrigeration, and an increase in energy consumption.
3. Lack of refrigerant charge will result in a lack of steam and refrigeration supply for the evaporator, resulting in low suction pressure of the compressor. The amount of refrigerant is 75% of the total volume of the accumulator, and the liquid level during normal operation is 1/3~2/3 Place."
