Problems that need to be paid attention to when installing chillers
1. Anti-leakage of fluorine
  If the joints of the chiller are not tightened or cracked, fluorine leakage will occur. If the chiller leaks fluorine, the user must replenish it frequently, and the normal use of the chiller generally does not need to add refrigerant for several years.
   Inspection method: Check the refrigerant leakage before testing the machine. Leak detection is mainly for the 4 ports of the chiller to the pipeline and the valve port of the stop valve. Soapy water (dishwashing liquid can also be used) is one of the commonly used methods on site. Open the valve for 10-15 seconds (20-30 seconds in the cabinet) and then close the valve. All parts of the system will soon be filled with more than air. A gaseous refrigerant with a pressure of 0.8Mpa. Apply soapy water to the suspected leak. If bubbles are formed, there is a leak. If no bubbles appear after 3 minutes of observation, it is considered qualified.
  2, anti-leakage
  Regular installers will check the user's power supply before installing the chiller. If it does not meet the requirements, the user will be advised to change it. If the power cord does not meet the specifications and the chiller is installed, it is prone to leakage and fire, which endangers the personal safety of users.
  3, water leakage
  During the cooling process of the chiller, water dripping occurs inside the machine. This is not a normal phenomenon of garbage use, but is caused by the improper installation of the chiller.
 
   Inspection method: After the chiller is installed, test the machine (refrigeration) immediately. If there is no water leakage after a certain period of operation, there will be basically no water leakage. Of course, the installer can also be required to conduct a water leakage test and introduce water into the internal machine. It is normal that the water flows out of the outdoor through the internal drip tray and downpipe.
   Standard installation, regular maintenance, eliminate unsafe factors, ensure safety, and extend the service life of the chiller.
