  1. Before starting the refrigeration compressor of the chiller to pump the refrigerant, short-circuit the contacts of the pressure relay and the oil pressure difference relay on the refrigeration compressor control circuit. Otherwise, when the oil pressure difference or low pressure is low during pumping, the refrigeration compressor will automatically stop, which will affect the refrigerant processing work. However, when the refrigeration compressor is running, because the refrigeration compressor has been cancelled, the change in oil pressure should be strictly injected to prevent the refrigeration compressor from running out of oil. At the same time, the temperature and pressure changes of the refrigeration compressor should be noted. If these parameters are abnormal, the cause should be found out, and the work should be started after troubleshooting.

  2. Before the whole system is evacuated, all valves except the wide door to the atmosphere should be opened. Especially for the nitrogen system, no blind spots should be left to prevent the nitrogen damage during maintenance.

  3. The low-pressure equipment of the industrial chiller has a low environmental temperature and a thick insulation layer. It has a good protective effect, and the internal refrigeration is slow. You can take corresponding measures to increase the cooling temperature to promote the refrigerant to flow as quickly as possible.

  4. When the system discharges residual nitrogen, do not open the valve too large. Use enough water to dilute and dissolve the atmosphere. In addition, after the residual nitrogen is discharged, all valves connected to the atmosphere should be opened, and the equipment can be overhauled after the nitrogen concentration drops.

  5. If the equipment and system are overhauled due to leakage. When using the refrigeration compressor of the refrigerating machine to suck the refrigerant, pay attention to the suction pressure not to be too low, and it is better to stop the machine when it is approaching.
