New highs provide new ideas for the development of the industry; second, after the country canceled the compressor production license, more than 300 companies gathered to initiate a new voluntary product certification system, which triggered heated discussions in the industry. In this regard, there are supporters, doubters and opponents, sincere discussion, and cynicism...The industry is full of attitudes, but the top executives, especially those at the helm, must take it seriously!

　　With the development of the times, in order to streamline administration and delegate power, and to restore power to the enterprise and society, reduce enterprise operating costs, and enhance market vitality, the original production license system of the compressor industry has been cancelled. However, the state will never reduce the quality of compressors related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood due to the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, and laissez-faire production safety, but clearly put forward the requirements of lenient entry and strict exit: "The competent authority must implement the main body of enterprise quality. Responsibility, and earnestly strengthen supervision during and after the event." To "double random, one open; full coverage spot check." This sets higher standards for the self-discipline of compressor manufacturers, and companies must operate with integrity. This also requires that industry practitioners must correctly understand the inherent meaning of the cancellation of production licenses-not "the country does not care", but a change of form and stricter control!

This is one of the new regulatory measures proposed by the State Council when it officially announced the cancellation of compressor production licenses. And this is exactly where the launch of the voluntary certification system for compressor products has caused many unclear people to criticize: "The country doesn't care, you still need to manage?" In fact, it is not "you still need to manage" but "we Self-regulation"! First of all, voluntary certification is a government action proposed and advocated by the state. It is one of the effective regulatory measures to continue to ensure the quality and energy efficiency of compressor products after the cancellation of the mandatory certification of production licenses. Secondly, compulsory certification is the bottom line of the industry, which can only distinguish between qualified and unqualified, while voluntary certification advocates integrity and self-discipline and is a system for screening excellent and green products. It can not only screen out the behavior of false standard product performance parameters and energy efficiency indicators to deceive users, provide authoritative and unified identification marks for market user purchases, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of regular compressor manufacturers, and promote air compressor industry standards. Orderly and healthy development, and can guide enterprises' technological innovation, promote enterprises to establish brand awareness, and promote product quality improvement.

From this point of view, compared with the huge benefits, the small cost of certification is not worth mentioning.
