Installation considerations for refrigeration units

The semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor is an indispensable thing in the cold storage. In order to make the refrigeration unit play its best role and be convenient in use, the following requirements should be paid attention to when installing the refrigeration unit.

　　 1. The closer the cold storage compressor is to the evaporator, the better it is mainly easy to maintain and has better heat dissipation. If you install it outdoors, you should pay attention to rain. The four corners of the main frame need to be installed with shock-proof gaskets. The horizontal installation is firm and safe to avoid being touched.

2. Radiator installation The closer the radiator installation position is to the host, the better. It is best to place the radiator in the upper position. The radiator installation position has the best heat dissipation environment. The air inlet should not face the air outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas. It should not be short-circuited or facing other windows and equipment, should be 2 meters above the ground, and the installation level should be firm.

　　3. Copper pipe discharge. All copper pipes must be separately worn with insulated pipes and the wires in the same direction should be wrapped together with air-conditioning straps. Try straight pipes and fix them in sections. The joints of the insulated pipes and the insulated pipes should be tightly sealed with electrical tape.

　　4. Except for tying all wires with air-conditioning ties, they need to be protected by corrugated hoses or wire troughs. The temperature display wires should not be close to the wires as much as possible.

5. The connection of the refrigeration system is pressure-sealed in the factory for the condenser and evaporator of the main engine, so when opening, there should be pressure, and it can be checked for leaks. The copper pipes should have dust sealing measures at both ends, and pay attention to them during construction. Seal at any time to prevent dust from entering the pipe, condenser→host→evaporator, copper pipe connection is welded, the interface is firm and beautiful.

　　6. ​​Electrical wire performance configuration The wire diameter meets the requirements, the joint is firm, and the pipe needs to be protected, but it cannot be saved, and the power connection is correct. The wire enters the evaporator junction box hole and needs to be sealed with silica gel. If the lamp is connected to 36V or higher, a grounding wire is required. The power supply in the main cabinet needs a three-phase five-wire system, which must be reliably grounded.

7. The temperature control probe is installed. The probe and the temperature display probe go through the return air port of the evaporator in the warehouse together, and are suspended. The defrost temperature control is also fixed on the top plate. The probe is also perforated into the return air port of the evaporator in the warehouse, and the probe is inserted into the fin In the middle, the temperature control and defrosting temperature control are fixed at the back corner of the evaporator in the warehouse, and all wiring points are sealed.

　　 8. Do not install the balance window on the conspicuous place or on the vertical board of the air outlet. The height is 200mm from the upper part of the vertical board.

　　 The correct installation of the refrigeration unit can not only make its refrigeration effect up to z*, but also reduce the probability of potential safety hazards of the refrigeration unit and ensure the safety of the staff in the cold storage. It is also very important to use professional installers when installing refrigeration units. It does not mean that anyone can install it. The installation is scientific and reasonable.
