How to design cold storage compressor parameters
The cold storage compressor uses Freon as the cold storage agent. Because Freon has many different characteristics from ammonia, it should adopt different design parameters from ammonia in terms of improving compressor efficiency, lifespan, reducing equipment investment and operating costs.
  1. Compressor suction temperature: For a cold storage system with a regenerative cycle, the compressor suction temperature should be the sum of the evaporator outlet temperature, the temperature rise through the regenerator, and the cooling loss in the return pipe.
2. Evaporator outlet gas temperature: the evaporator of the direct liquid supply system using thermal expansion valve, the evaporator outlet gas temperature is 2~8℃ higher than the evaporation temperature; the evaporator outlet temperature and evaporation of the gravity liquid supply and liquid pump liquid supply system The temperature is equal.
3. Evaporation temperature: For indirect cooling systems, when shell-and-tube, spiral or vertical tube evaporators are used, the evaporating temperature should be 4~6℃ lower than the outlet temperature of the evaporator refrigerant; for direct cooling systems, direct evaporation is used For surface type air coolers, the evaporating temperature should be 8~10℃ lower than the outlet air temperature of the air cooler; for the direct evaporative cold storage system of the refrigerator, the evaporating temperature is generally 10℃ lower than the temperature of the cold room.
4. Condensing temperature: The condensing temperature of horizontal shell and tube condenser is generally 7℃ higher than the average temperature of cooling water inlet and outlet; the condensing temperature of air-cooled condenser is generally 10~15℃ higher than the inlet air temperature; evaporative condenser The condensing temperature is generally 10~15℃ higher than the average outdoor wet bulb temperature of 50h per year in summer.
