How did the sediment in the chiller come from
Water chiller is a kind of water cooling equipment that can provide constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure cooling water equipment. Its working principle is to inject a certain amount of water into the water tank inside the machine, cool the water through the refrigeration system, and then cool the low temperature by the water pump The cooling water is sent to the equipment that needs to be cooled, and the chilled water takes away the heat and then increases in temperature and returns to the water tank to achieve cooling. However, in the long-term use of the chiller, there will often be some dirt deposits in the chiller pipes or water tanks. How do these deposits come from:
1, chemical processor medicine
If zinc salt or phosphate corrosion inhibitor is added to the water circulation system, there will be formation of zinc or phosphate scale. Therefore, we must frequently maintain the chiller, not only to ensure its cooling capacity, but also to extend the service life of the chiller.
2. Leakage of process medium
The water cooler leaks, especially the oil leak or some organic matter causes the sludge to be deposited.
3, tap water
Untreated bad make-up water will bring sediment, microorganisms, suspended solids, etc. into the chiller. Even the clarified, filtered, and disinfected make-up water will have a certain amount of turbidity and a small amount of hygiene. The clarification process It is also possible that the hydrolyzed product of the mixture, aluminum or iron ions in the make-up water. In addition, regardless of whether it is pre-treated or not, the dissolved salts in the make-up water will be brought into the circulating water system.
4. Air
Sediment, dust, microorganisms and their spores will be brought into the circulation system with the air, and sometimes insects will also be brought into the brought system, causing blockage of the heat exchanger. When the environment around the cooling tower is polluted, corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide, chlorine dioxide, and ammonia will react in the unit and indirectly cause deposition.
