All in all, the operator needs to understand the reasons for the degradation of the equipment and be able to find a solution.

   Reason 1: Human operation error. Although most of the refrigeration equipment in the chiller factory does not have an overly cumbersome process in use, it is often that some basic content is easily overlooked in long-term use. In other words, because the user is a first-time operator, he does not have any experience in using the equipment.

   Therefore, refrigeration equipment operators need to undergo professional skills training before operating on the machine, and they should be allowed to operate on the machine after they have passed all tests.

   Reason 2: The important equipment components appear fouling, which means that the equipment is inefficient due to improper maintenance. For example, when the condenser of a refrigeration unit is seriously fouled, it will affect the heat exchange effect and cause the overall operating efficiency of the equipment to be low.

In addition to the condenser, which is prone to fouling, the transmission mechanism has suffered serious wear and tear, which means that the centrifuge impeller, transmission mechanism, high and low speed bearings and other important factors will be caused during long-term use. If the motorized parts are worn out, it is easy to cause insufficient operation efficiency of the equipment.

   Reason 3: The equipment has a high degree of compliance in operation. Because industrial chiller plants often make equipment overloaded during production, and under normal circumstances, the load operation rate of refrigeration equipment is best to be 80%, so that the efficiency that can be obtained will be z* high, but in actual production The process is often difficult to achieve this point, which naturally results in low product efficiency.

   Reason 4: The ambient temperature has changed too much. The operating factors that refrigeration equipment needs to pay attention to at different temperatures, such as cooling water temperature, will be different. Generally speaking, there will be an air conditioning exhaust system in the chiller factory to cool the environment, so that the refrigeration equipment is in a constant temperature environment. However, if there is a problem with the equipment that controls the ambient temperature, it will eventually cause problems with the operating efficiency of the equipment.
