Update after confirming the damage. The compressor itself is faulty, such as short circuit, open circuit, shell hitting the ground, etc., replace the compressor after checking and confirming. If the protection relay itself is faulty, please use a multimeter to check whether its contacts are conducting when the compressor is not too hot. If it is not conducting, replace it with a new protector. When replacing the 5528 and 5532 compressors, you need to check the starting capacitor and starting relay (if one of them is damaged, you must replace both). If the high pressure is too high, the pressure relay will operate. Please analyze the reasons and eliminate the situation. If the condenser is poorly ventilated or the airflow is short-circuited, remove the obstacles on the outdoor side, clean the condenser system with non-condensable gas (such as air, etc.), and then refill it by vacuuming. The operating current of the compressor is too large, please find out the reason and eliminate it. The ambient temperature of the outdoor unit is too high. Please stay away from heat sources and avoid sunlight. Compressor stuck cylinder or shaft. A rubber block or an iron hammer pad can be used to knock and vibrate the compressor casing, or a parallel capacitor or fluorine-free method can be used to start the compressor, but if it is invalid, the compressor should be replaced. The vapor-liquid valve is not fully opened.
