8 standard processes for central air conditioning installation!

In terms of home improvement, concealed projects include water and electricity, there is also central air conditioning, and central air conditioning has three points of quality and seven points of installation; there are many kinds of materials and technology for installation. It can be said that every master has every master’s method, from the beginning The central air-conditioning design, plan configuration, communication with the designer/owner to determine the positioning drawing, and then start the installation when entering the site.

Central air conditioning installation steps are as follows:

   1. Internal machine installation: The first step of the construction team's approach is to hoist the internal machine. Just pay attention to 2 points to avoid subsequent problems.

①The distance between the internal machine and the roof should not be less than 1 cm to avoid resonance with the wall when the machine is running.

②In the hoisting of the internal unit, a one-hundredth slope should be considered, and the side connected to the condensate should be slightly lower to prevent the condensate from being drained.

Standard process: The installation master will check the drainage position (model, positioning drawing) according to the drawings on site, and the drainage must be given priority. Then install the crane code positioning: it is required that two crane codes are required between every 90-100cm to ensure the horizontal and vertical condensing pipe. Thick stainless steel hoisting codes must be used: between 90-100CM must be fixed by two hoisting codes: color pipe card color distinction: gas pipe, liquid pipe, condensate pipe: stick warning labels, for better construction for the workers behind.

  2. Installation of refrigerant copper pipes: After installing the internal unit, the refrigerant copper pipes can be installed. This is an important part of the central air-conditioning installation process.

① All welding points should be the joints of copper pipes and branch pipes, and there should be as few welding joints as possible.

② Nitrogen must be flushed into the copper pipe during the welding process (nitrogen-filled welding process). This makes the copper pipe no air and avoids welding and carbon build-up on the inner wall, which may cause malfunctions when entering the compressor during official operation.

③After welding, high-pressure nitrogen should be used to blow soot inside the pipe to keep the copper pipe clean.

3. Nitrogen filling and pressure keeping: This is a pressure test that must be carried out on the copper pipe after the welding is completed. The copper pipe is filled with a certain pressure of nitrogen to maintain the pressure. The general pressure test time is 24 hours. A company stipulates that the pressure test time is at least 48 hours, usually a week; to ensure that the copper pipe does not leak.

Special instructions are required: When using R410 refrigerant, the pressure in the tube must be maintained at 40 kg.

Nitrogen is an inert gas with a small expansion coefficient, and there is almost no pressure change due to thermal expansion and contraction. If the pressure gauge drops during the test, check whether there is any problem with the welding of the refrigerant pipe.

Air-conditioning copper pipe is the medium of air-conditioning and heating transmission, which is equivalent to the connection of human blood. Fluorine system household central air-conditioning copper pipes are divided into ordinary copper pipes and R410A copper pipes. The copper pipes used in traditional R22 refrigerant air conditioners are ordinary copper pipes, and the copper pipes used by R410A refrigerant air conditioners are R410A copper pipes. At present, fluorine system frequency conversion multi-connected household central air-conditioning host mostly uses R410A refrigerant, so in the multi-line application of fluorine system, R410a copper pipe is at most.

Since the pressure generated by R410A refrigerant is 1.6 times that of R22 refrigerant, this requires its copper tube to have high density, strong pressure resistance, high cleanliness and uniform copper tube wall thickness, so the air conditioning system of R410a refrigerant must Use special R410a copper tube.

In the installation of the system, R410A copper pipes can be used instead of ordinary R22 copper pipes, but it is absolutely impossible to use ordinary R22 copper pipes to replace R410A copper pipes. Many consumers value the overall project price very much. The lower the better. They ignore the importance of installation materials and installation techniques. This often leads some engineering companies to rush to get orders and ignore the quality of the later customers’ use of the project. Replacement in order to save costs to meet the customer's price requirements, so that the victim is still the consumer.

  4. Installation of the condensate pipe: After the condensate pipe is connected from the internal machine to the outdoor or floor drain, at least maintain a slope of >1%. The higher-quality installation is to connect from the indoor unit and land nearby, and then connect to the outdoor or floor drain together with other condensate pipes. It is strictly required to install vents in the standard position of each set of condensate pipes to avoid the lack of air pressure in the drainage pipes and ensure smooth drainage.

   5. Install the outdoor unit: make sure that the air outlet of the outdoor fan must be free of obstructions within 50 cm, and all floor feet must be installed with shock-absorbing pads to ensure normal operation of the outdoor unit.

6. Vacuuming: After the external machine is installed, the refrigerant tube needs to be evacuated before filling the refrigerant to extract the air in the tube, and keep the tube dry and free of moisture. Otherwise, the air and water will mix with the refrigerant to produce ice crystals, which will cause serious Equipment damage.

7. Refrigerant charging: After the above-mentioned work of the designated special refrigerant is completed, the refrigerant valve can be opened to release the refrigerant in the external machine, start the test and check the pressure, and make appropriate supplements until the debugging is completed and the ideal working state is reached. .

   8. Air outlet measurement and installation: It is recommended to use ABS material as the air outlet to reduce condensation

Return air vent: Household central air conditioners usually install the return air vent and the inspection opening together. The size of the air vent must match the return air vent of the internal unit without misalignment, so that the optimal return air volume can be achieved; and sufficient space for maintenance should be ensured.

Air outlet: The air outlet must not be installed near the light strip (reason: if there is a light strip in front of the air outlet, it will cause the air conditioner to block the wind when heating, and the hot air will go up, making the hot air stagnate in the upper part of the room. Therefore, the whole activity space feels insufficient heat, and it takes a long time to feel hot.

Only the central air conditioner installed in strict installation standard construction process can improve the use effect of central air conditioner to the greatest extent and reduce the trouble of use.
