Features of scroll refrigeration compressor

1. The pressure difference between two adjacent chambers is small, and the leakage of gas is small.

2. Because the suction, compression, and exhaust processes are performed simultaneously and continuously, the pressure rises slowly, so the torque change range is small and the vibration is small.

3. There is no clearance volume, so there is no expansion process that causes the gas transmission coefficient to decrease.

4. No suction and exhaust valves, high efficiency, high reliability and low noise.

5. Due to the use of a gas bearing mechanism, liquid compression is allowed. Once the pressure in the compression chamber is too high, the end face of the moving disk and the static disk can be separated, and the pressure is immediately released.

6. The inner cavity of the casing is an exhaust chamber, which reduces suction preheating and improves the air delivery coefficient of the compressor.

7. The machining accuracy of the vortex body profile is very high, and special precision machining equipment must be used.

8. The sealing requirements are high and the sealing mechanism is complicated.

In the scroll compressor, the only three working processes of air intake, compression and exhaust are carried out at the same time during one rotation of the main shaft. The outer space is connected with the suction port, and it is always in the suction process. The mouth is connected and it is always in the exhaust process.
