What are the parts of the electrical installation of cold storage engineering installation

The electrical installation of cold storage engineering can include overhead lines, lighting, cables, machine room wiring, workshop or factory area power transformation and distribution.

   1. Overhead power lines are often used for transmission of electric power over long distances. It is divided into high voltage and low voltage, both of which are composed of electric poles (metal towers, reinforced concrete or wooden poles) and wires. Below lkV are low-voltage overhead lines, and above lkV are high-voltage overhead lines.

  2. Lighting and electrical lighting can be divided into general lighting and local lighting according to the installation conditions of the cold storage. The former is for lighting the entire area, and the latter is only for lighting a certain local working place. General lighting and local lighting are often mixed. There are accident lighting in special workshops or workplaces. When the general lighting fails and goes out, the accident lighting can ensure the evacuation of cold storage installation personnel or not interrupt work. If there is an explosion risk workshop, it should be equipped with accident lighting.

  3. After the cable wraps the core formed by one or several wires with the corresponding insulation layer, it is covered with a hermetic sheath (aluminum, lead or plastic, etc.). This kind of wire is called a cable. In cold storage installation projects, cables are generally divided into two types: power cables and control cables. Power cables are used to transmit and distribute high-power electrical energy. The control cable is used to connect the control circuit of the refrigerator and other equipment. The cables are laid in overhead, buried, underground trenches, etc.

  4. Wiring in the computer room The wiring in the computer room is the power supply and control circuit from the distribution box (or control box) to the electrical machine, which is divided into two types: clear and hidden. The wires are laid out along the walls, ceilings, beams and columns, etc., which are called bright distribution; the wires are buried in walls, floors or installed in the ceiling, called hidden distribution. According to the wiring method, there are usually porcelain (plastic) plywood wiring, porcelain bottle wiring, slot plate wiring, steel pipe or plastic pipe wiring, aluminum card wiring and steel cable wiring. The basic requirements for the wiring work are: not only to ensure reliable power transmission, but also to install the cold storage in a reasonable and orderly layout, and install firmly.

  5. Substation and distribution equipment Substation and distribution equipment is an electrical device used to transform power and distribute electrical energy. It consists of transformers, switchgear, protective appliances, measuring instruments, connecting buses and cables. There are two types of transformation and distribution: indoor and outdoor. The indoor voltage is lower, usually below 35kV, and the outdoor voltage is usually above 35kV. However, some low-power terminal transformers with voltages of 6-10kV are often installed outdoors. Generally, most of the transformer and distribution equipment in cold storage are indoors.
