Three requirements of modern industry for compressed air

In many chemical, food, ceramic, electronic industries and other industrial sectors that use compressed air energy, compressed air pollution can destroy other processes. Therefore, in order to improve the service life and reliability of pneumatic equipment and systems, and ensure the quality of the products produced, the compressed air must be purified and dried.

   1. Pressure and flow requirements:

Any occasion where compressed air is required, the pressure and flow of compressed air are required. At present, the most common pressure is about 0.7Mpa. In some special occasions, such as the glass industry, the air pressure requirement is about 0.2~0.4Mpa; in some military enterprises, the compressed air pressure may be tens of Mpa.

   2. Dryness (ie water content or dew point temperature) requirements:

Different processes have different requirements for compressed air dew point temperature. For example, the pressure dew point of compressed air used as an instrument is generally required to be below -40 ℃, while the pressure dew point of compressed air for semiconductor chip factories is required to be -70 ℃, but in most In some cases, it is sufficient to require the dew point temperature of compressed air to be above 0°C. The dew point requirement of compressed air is usually achieved by dryers.

  3. Cleanliness requirements (relatively complex, including: solid objects, oil mist, microorganisms, harmful gases, etc.):

is solved by compressed air air filter. Analyzing the use data and conducting research prove that the pollution of compressed air will greatly reduce the reliability and life of the starting system and components, leading to the destruction of the process. Due to the pollution of the compressed air, the wear of the components is increased by 2 to 7 times, which causes the damage of the components to account for about 80% of the number of machines.
