　　The warranty period for maintenance is 1 year;

Some refrigeration equipment companies set the maintenance warranty period for main cold storage equipment such as cold storage panels and cold storage doors as 12 months.

Therefore, how to protect the rights and interests of "Party A" and completely solve the chronic problem of the short warranty period of cold storage, the author believes, mainly from the following three aspects:

Through inspection, it is found that the cold storage industry in China, such as the "Safety Regulations for Cold Storage" (GB28009-2011), "Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations" and other regulations and regulations that guide cold storage engineering and construction, are mostly used to guide cold storage operation management and maintenance There are almost no regulations and regulations on maintenance. Therefore, it is recommended that relevant national departments study, formulate, and promulgate corresponding policies and regulations as soon as possible, write the warranty period of cold storage into the regulations, and extend the warranty period of cold storage as much as possible, and strive to solve the pain point of "short warranty period for main cold storage equipment", for example, The compressor warranty period is specified as 3 years, and the cold storage body warranty period is also specified as 3 years.
