(1) The starting procedure is as follows: First, the water pump and fan on the evaporative condenser should be started. Before defrosting, reduce the pressure in the drain barrel to the evaporation pressure and adjust the relevant valves; 　4. After the defrosting operation, you must wait at least 30 minutes before turning on the fan to prevent freezing and blocking the pipeline; 　5. According to the frost condition of the evaporator in the freezing storehouse and the cold storehouse, carry out the defrosting operation in time. Three, shutdown procedures and matters needing attention Turn off the electronic valve first, and then turn off the compressor after the suction pressure of the compressor reaches the set value, so as not to make the pressure of the low pressure system too high after shutdown, but not too low, not lower than the atmospheric pressure, to avoid air infiltration refrigerating system. 　 Stop the evaporator fan, and finally stop the condenser water pump and fan. In the shutdown process, to ensure the safety of the equipment, the evaporator should be operated for a period of time after the compressor is shut down.
