Preparation before starting  The preparation work before starting the equipment includes the following:  Clean the environment around the equipment site, and deal with the cleanliness of the equipment body and related auxiliary equipment. Check the power supply voltage.   Check the on-off conditions and liquid level of various valves in refrigeration equipment. The capacity adjustment device should be placed in the minimum gear to facilitate the no-load start of the refrigeration compressor. Check whether there is water in the pool on the evaporator condenser, if there is water shortage, make up for it in time. Make sure the oil level is correct, 1/8 to 3/8 of the sight glass. All temperature controls are set at the expected operating temperature value Make sure that no liquid refrigerant enters the compressor. The liquid is incompressible and will damage the compressor. 2. Start-up and operation of refrigeration equipment During the start-up operation of the refrigeration equipment, attention should be paid to the start-up procedure, the content and cycle of the operation inspection inspection, and the main adjustment methods in operation to guide the correct startup of the equipment and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. (1) The starting procedure is as follows: First, the water pump and fan on the evaporative condenser should be started. Each time a compressor is started, the compressor switch is turned on to start operation in automatic mode. Observe whether the compressor is abnormal during operation. If there is an abnormal sound, immediately shut down the compressor, check, and troubleshoot Restart again. The usual reasons for the abnormality are: 1.  Insufficient or excessive refrigerating oil; Unreasonable installation or management connection of the unit causes excessive vibration; 2.  Compressor hydraulic machine. (2)   Points to note for inspection during equipment operation After the equipment is started and put into normal operation, inspections should be strengthened in order to find problems and deal with them in time. The main contents of inspections are:   1. Oil pressure, oil temperature, bearing temperature and oil surface height in the operation of refrigeration compressors; The temperature of the cooling water at the inlet of the condenser and the temperature of the refrigerant water at the outlet of the evaporator; 3. The operating current of the motor when the compressor, cooling water pump, and fan are running, and the flow of cooling water and refrigerant water; 4. Compressor suction and discharge pressure values, sound and vibration of the entire refrigeration unit during operation. (3) Precautions for defrosting in cold storage 1. First stop the liquid supply of the evaporator that needs to be defrosted and draw back its original liquid, and adjust the defrost valve;  2. Defrost operation with heated water; 3. Before defrosting, reduce the pressure in the drain barrel to the evaporation pressure and adjust the relevant valves;  4. After the defrosting operation, you must wait at least 30 minutes before turning on the fan to prevent freezing and blocking the pipeline;  5. According to the frost condition of the evaporator in the freezing storehouse and the cold storehouse, carry out the defrosting operation in time. Three, shutdown procedures and matters needing attention Turn off the electronic valve first, and then turn off the compressor after the suction pressure of the compressor reaches the set value, so as not to make the pressure of the low pressure system too high after shutdown, but not too low, not lower than the atmospheric pressure, to avoid air infiltration refrigerating system.   Stop the evaporator fan, and finally stop the condenser water pump and fan. In the shutdown process, to ensure the safety of the equipment, the evaporator should be operated for a period of time after the compressor is shut down. Once the refrigerant in the evaporator is vaporized, all the refrigerant in the condenser is liquefied according to the steps described above. To operate, the whole operation process is smoother and the error rate is lower.
