working principle
The liquid level switch is responsible for detecting the liquid level and sending a signal to the water pump through the control circuit. The float rises to a certain height and starts the water pump to drain. The float drops to a certain height and the pump stops running; if the system fails and cannot drain normally, the alarm level is reached , The alarm switch starts automatically.
type selection
1. Determine the amount of condensed water according to the cooling capacity of the unit, and then select the corresponding device. The displacement of the selected water pump must be greater than the amount of condensate produced per hour by the condensate of the air conditioning unit.
2. If the amount of condensate produced per hour exceeds 50% of the displacement of the drain pump, it may cause the system to heat up and reduce the service life of the pump.
3. According to the different amount of condensed water, select the device, and also need to consider the influence of the vertical height and horizontal length of the drain pipe on the pump displacement.
Application diagram

System electrical connection
There are two wiring methods for the alarm switch:
When the common wire is connected to the black wire (C-NC wire)-when the water surface rises, the circuit is disconnected, the compressor is turned off, and the alarm switch can output 220V, 5A.
When the common line is connected with the purple line (C-NO line)-when the water surface rises, the circuit is connected and an alarm bell or signal light (selected by yourself) is activated.
Replace the water pump
Turn off the power before replacing the pump. Loosen the screw on the back of the system, unplug the water pump, and replace it with a new pump. There are three sockets on the water pump plug. One socket is marked with a ground wire. This socket should be connected to the green and yellow wire plug. The remaining two sockets are connected to the power supply. It can be connected to the other two plugs (black wires). connection.
