If the voltage imbalance of several phases of the chiller is too 2%, operation It may damage the chiller from time to time, so control the chiller well.

  Chiller power supply voltage detection

   If the standard voltage of the chiller is 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz, the measured UAB=376V, UAC=379V, UBC=385V. Get the average voltage=(376+379+385)/3=380V: Determine the deviation from the average voltage: △UAB=380-376=4V, △UAC=380-379=1V, △UBC=385-380= 5V, the maximum deviation is 5V, 5/380=1.3%, and the maximum phase voltage unbalance is 1.3%.

   If the power supply and voltage are measured within the normal range, it can start normally. If the chiller's power supply is not well controlled, then there will be a high maintenance cost if it is damaged. Normally, the voltage will be relatively normal.

   The maximum allowable phase voltage imbalance of the power supply voltage of the chiller is 2%, and the phase current imbalance is 10%. Note: When the phase voltage unbalance is greater than 2%, it must not be switched on.

  The working power supply of the chiller is 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz. Before running the chiller, you need to check whether the power supply and control parts in the electric control cabinet are abnormal, and tighten the wiring terminals, including the main power wiring copper bar, automatic air circuit breaker (air switch), Δ-Δ or Y-Δ Compressor start electrical device, PLC touch screen, target flow switch, chilled water pump, cooling water pump linkage control line (control contact is passive contact), temperature sensor, freezing, cooling water pump, cooling water tower linkage control line (control contact is passive contact ), electronic control instruments and other nodes. After confirmation, the startup operation can be performed to ensure the normal operation of the chiller.

  The chiller is a high-power machine, and the voltage is basically industrial voltage, 380V, so it is best to install a voltage stabilizer when installing the chiller.
