Structure of rotary piston compressor_Characteristics of rotary piston compressor Structure of rotary piston compressor Rotary piston compressor, also known as rolling rotor compressor, is mainly composed of 3 parts: casing, motor assembly and compressor assembly. Since there is no reciprocating part, the space volume can be reduced, making the whole structure compact and light. Common rotary piston compressors have screw, fixed-blade and rotary-blade structures. The fixed-blade structure is currently commonly used. The eccentric shaft of the fixed-plate compressor and the motor share the same main shaft, the rolling piston is sleeved on the eccentric shaft, and the scraper (slider) is mounted on the cylinder block. When the eccentric shaft rotates with the motor, the blade surface scrapes the outer circle of the rotating piston, so that the gas is continuously sucked into and discharged from the compressor. Since the compressor is continuously sucking and discharging, no suction valve is needed. Rotor vane compressor rotor eccentric device is placed in the cylinder, the rotor has a longitudinal groove, and the groove is equipped with a radial free sliding rotor. According to the number of rotary vanes, rotary vane compressors can be divided into double rotary vane type and four rotary vane type. When the rotor rotates, the rotor is subjected to centrifugal force, so that the end is closely attached to the inner surface of the cylinder, and the suction and exhaust processes are continuously completed. In fixed-plate compressors, rotary piston compressors are divided into single-rotor piston compressors and double-rotor piston compressors. Figure 4-12 shows the internal structure of a single-rotor compressor. Figure 4-13 is an exploded view of a single-rotor compressor. The upper shell, the lower shell, the connection terminals, the gas-liquid separator, the exhaust pipe, the process pipe, etc. constitute a closed shell, the compressor and the motor are placed in it, and the bottom is filled with lubricating oil. The motor assembly consists of a stator winding and a rotor, and belongs to a single-phase two-pole induction motor. The compressor assembly is composed of cylinder, crankshaft, rolling rotor, upper bearing, lower bearing, exhaust valve plate, blade and so on. The motor of the rotary piston compressor is directly connected to the crankshaft and compressed by the rotation of the rotor. The operation of the compressor is realized by the counterclockwise rotation of the eccentric shaft. The rotor rolls along the cylinder wall, the volume on the blade decreases, the gas is compressed, and the compressed gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe. At the same time, the volume under the blade expands, and the gas is sucked into the cylinder through the gas-liquid separator through the suction pipe. As the eccentric shaft continues to rotate, the gas is continuously sucked in and discharged, thereby achieving the circulation of the refrigerant. Since the suction and exhaust are continuous, in order to prevent the high-pressure gas from returning to the cylinder during shutdown, this structure only has an exhaust valve and no intake valve. Characteristics of rotary piston compressor ①The rotary piston compressor runs smoothly, has little vibration and low noise. It is suitable for frequency conversion speed regulation technology and is an energy-saving compressor. ②The rotary piston compressor has high efficiency and good reliability. Since the clearance volume of the rotary piston compressor is very small, the expansion loss of residual gas is greatly reduced. The suction and exhaust channels are simple, the distance is short, and there are no suction valve plates, there is no problem of suction loss and valve plate leakage, and the flow resistance is small. Inhalation, exhaustion and compression are performed at the same time, and the intake and exhaustion time is long. ③The rotary piston compressor is small in size and light in weight. Under the condition of a refrigerant volume of 4000W, the weight of a rotary piston compressor is 40% lighter than that of a reciprocating piston compressor, and the volume is 50% smaller. %, 38% less parts. ④The machining accuracy of the main components of the rotary piston compressor is relatively high, the starting torque of the supporting motor is large, and the insulation level of the motor is high. ⑤ It can be tilted arbitrarily during transportation without affecting the compressor.
