1. Generally, when we select and design, we firstly select the thickness of 120~150mm when the temperature exceeds 60℃ according to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the warehouse. If the thickness exceeds this thickness, there is no practical significance because the conduction of the sealing strip Heat dissipation is the main factor in the loss of cold capacity. The material of the panel mainly includes sprayed color steel plate, stainless steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ABS, PE, aluminum plate, etc. The choice of panel material is mainly based on the environment of use, and the general environment spraying color steel plate (the quality of the color steel plate must pass) can meet the requirements. Stainless steel and other materials are mainly used in food factories, seafood, or other corrosive environments. ABS, PE, and FRP are emerging materials in recent years, which have the advantages of corrosion resistance, collision resistance and light weight.

The best way is for cold storage door manufacturers to participate in the design, so as to avoid many cross-cutting problems and hidden dangers in the later period.

5. Safety performance is always our top priority in production. According to EU standards, the cold storage door must have a qualified escape function, that is, after the cold storage door is locked, people can easily open the lock to escape and cannot require additional tools or produce Other problems such as cold leakage, our domestic locks often have the problem of freezing and cold leakage after escape. There are at least two safety anti-crowding protections for electric systems, which most of our domestic systems do not have.
