However, mixing with other combustible or explosive gases will promote combustion or explosion; especially, it can produce a violent chemical reaction with oil and explode instantly. Because there is lubricating oil in the compressor, it is absolutely forbidden to blow the system with oxygen, and keep the oxygen bottle away from the compressor maintenance site, otherwise it will cause serious consequences of compressor explosion and even system explosion.    1. Difficult to start with random pressing, handling shaft (clamping cylinder)    Difficulties in starting and shaft holding are two completely different types of fault phenomena, which must be treated differently. When the capacity of the compressor capacitor is reduced to 60% of the original, when the outdoor ambient temperature is lower than minus 5 degrees, when the power supply voltage is lower than 15%, when the system pressure is not yet balanced. These factors will make it difficult to start the compressor. In fact, holding the shaft and the clamping cylinder mean the same. The compressor malfunction or the compressor is damaged. The main reason for the clamping cylinder is the dirty or oil-deficient system. In general, the cylinder block and valve plate will be damaged to varying degrees. In principle, it cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired, and a new compressor needs to be replaced. However, there are many experiences in dealing with stuck cylinders, and some compressors with less severe stuck cylinders can be saved by knocking and increasing capacitance, but the company does not advocate it.    2. How to judge the short circuit of compressor motor winding   Select R×1 with a multimeter. After zero adjustment, measure the resistance of the compressor motor winding C-R or C-S. If the resistance value of the measured winding is less than the normal value, it can be judged that the winding is short-circuited. For three-phase motors, use two test leads to contact two of the three terminal terminals respectively. If the resistance values ​​measured three times are consistent, it indicates that the winding is good; if the resistance value measured twice is infinity, it indicates that there is a group of windings Open circuit; if all three tests are infinity, it indicates that at least two sets of windings are open circuit; if two of the three measurements are significantly smaller than the other, it indicates that there is a short circuit.    3. How to judge the compressor motor hits the shell   Compressor motor touches the shell through the ground, that is, the internal wiring insulation of the winding wire is damaged and touches the compressor shell, forming a short circuit. This kind of fault will cause the fuse to blow and the compressor motor will not run. To check the method of hitting the shell through the ground, the resistance file of a multimeter can also be used. First adjust the zero, and then close a pen to the common point tightly, and another test pen to close the exposed metal part on the process tube of the compressor, or take a small piece of the patent leather of the shell plate and measure it. If the resistance value is very small, it can be judged that the winding or the internal wiring touches the shell through the ground.
