1. Failure display and phenomenon:
Outside machine LED3 double 8 indicator light is on and displays: FC, FL, FE. When the indicator light of the external mainboard and the line controller fail, the following figure will be displayed:
2. Reason analysis
1. The compressor current sensor is in poor contact with the main board interface terminal;
2. The compressor current sensor plate is abnormal;
3. The detection circuit is abnormal.
Three, fault judgment conditions and troubleshooting methods
1. Check whether the sensor connection is faulty
Check the interface terminals of the main board and the compressor current sensor to see if there is any looseness or foreign matter in the terminal. If there is any looseness or foreign matter, please deal with it and reinsert it.
2, check whether the sensor is faulty
If the fault cannot be eliminated through the first step above, replace the compressor current sensor.
3. Check whether the main control board circuit is faulty
If the fault cannot be eliminated after the first and second steps above, it indicates that the detection circuit may be abnormal. Replace the main control board.
