The requirements of the mobile screw machine for lubricants are as follows

1. The volume of the mobile screw machine and the volume of the oil tank are small, the amount of lubricating oil is also small, and the oil temperature is higher during operation, which requires the lubricating oil to have better thermal stability and oxidation resistance;

2. Because of the harsh outdoor environment, coal dust, rock dust, and water, the lubricating oil is inevitably contaminated by these impurities. Therefore, the lubricating oil is required to have better anti-rust, anti-corrosion and anti-emulsification properties; When it is polluted, its performance will not change much, that is, its sensitivity to pollution is small;

3. The temperature of the open-air machinery varies greatly in winter and summer, and the temperature difference between day and night is also large in some areas. Therefore, the viscosity of lubricating oil is required to change with temperature to be small. It is necessary to avoid that the viscosity of the oil becomes too low when the temperature is high, so that a lubricating film cannot be formed, and the lubrication effect should not be achieved; also, the viscosity is too high when the temperature is low, which makes starting and running difficult;

4. For some mobile screw machines, especially those used in environments prone to fire and explosion accidents, lubricants with good flame resistance are required, and flammable mineral oils cannot be used;
