After disassembling, pour out the surface of the compressor, the refrigerant oil is all black.

Rotating the rotor, it was very tight at the beginning, and pushed hard, but it was loose. It was found that it was difficult to push the piston to the right. It is estimated that this is the reason that it cannot start.
Lift out as a whole.
Suction and exhaust valve, long-term running short of oil can easily lead to wear and tear! The suction and exhaust ports of this compressor were completely blocked, and the internal pipeline was severely rusted. Eventually, due to lack of oil, impurities came here.
Take a look at the suction valve.
The valves are too black.
Clean up the valve plate, there is no problem with suction and exhaust
Reinstall it again and prepare for test machine.
