1. Daily cleaning part
1. The water collection tank, spray pipe, sprinkler head and other parts inside the tower body should clean up dirt in time to avoid the accumulation of scale and dirt and block the pipeline.
2. Check the packing part to see if there is dirt on it. If there is dirt, it needs to be cleaned up in time to ensure a clean heat exchange environment.
3. Clean the dirt on the surface of the fan blade, check the angle of the fan blade, the gap between the fan blade and the wind, and adjust it.
2. Daily maintenance part
1. Check whether the floating ball of the copper ball valve in the water collection tank of the closed cooling tower is damaged and whether it is working properly.
2. Check whether there is water leakage in the water collection tank, tower foot, etc., if there is any leakage, make up the glue in time.
3. Check whether the wiring terminals of the fully enclosed motor are intact, whether there is vibration or abnormal sound when the motor is rotating, and whether the motor fixing screws are loose.
4. Check whether the reducer of the closed cooling tower rotates normally. If there is abnormal noise, replace the bearing of the reducer immediately to check whether the fan blades are evenly distributed for looseness.
5. Check whether the belt is damaged or cracked, and replace it with a new belt if necessary. It is recommended to change the belt within 2 months.
