1. Preliminary preparation

　　 At least two or more skilled refrigeration repairmen, a set of tools, safety belts and other safety equipment.

　　 2. Recycling refrigerant

　　 Whether it is winter or summer relocation, the refrigerant in the air conditioner must be collected into the outdoor unit. Before disassembling the machine, the air compressor should be started, and the refrigeration state can be set with the remote control. After the compressor is running and the refrigeration state is normal, use a wrench to unscrew the cap on the interface between the liquid pipe and the gas pipe of the external machine, and close the high-pressure pipe (thin) The cut-off valve of the low-pressure pipe (thick) shut-off valve immediately after 1 minute (wait about 2 minutes for larger air conditioners), close the low-pressure pipe (thick) cut-off valve immediately, unplug the power plug, and tighten the safety cap with a wrench. The refrigerant recovery is completed. (If it is winter, it is advisable to cover the temperature sensor probe of the indoor unit with a warm towel first, and then control the cold state to set the power on.)

　　 3. Disassemble the indoor unit

　　 After the refrigerant is recovered, the indoor unit can be disassembled. Use a wrench to unscrew the connection lock nut of the indoor unit, and use the prepared sealing sodium to screw the wire pattern of the connection joint of the indoor unit to prevent the wire pattern of the connector from being damaged during transportation; then use the cross lift to remove the control wire. At the same time, it should be marked to avoid wrong connection during installation. If the signal line or power line is connected incorrectly, the external machine will not operate or the machine will be out of control. The hanging plate of the internal machine is generally fixed firmly, and it is difficult to remove it; after unloading, remove the hanging plate and place it on a flat concrete floor, then gently pat it flat and correct it.

　　 Four, disassemble the outdoor unit

　　The outdoor unit should be disassembled by a professional refrigeration maintenance worker under safe conditions. After unscrewing the external machine connection lock nut, use the prepared sealing sodium to screw the thread of the external machine connection joint. Then use a wrench to loosen the fixing screws on the feet of the outer machine. When putting down the outdoor unit after disassembly, it is best to hang it with a rope. When unloading, pay attention to balance, avoid vibration and bumps, and pay attention to cars and people downstairs.

　　 5. Installation

　　 When reinstalling the air conditioner, pay attention to the installation position and convection. Finally, use detergent to check for leaks and observe whether there are bubbles emerging from each joint. After verifying that the system is indeed leaking, tighten the valve safety cap. Install the internal machine, connect the thick copper pipe, open the valve slightly, and close the valve when the gas from the thin pipe feels cold, and connect the thin pipe. (In order to remove the air in the pipe). Open the valve. The wires are connected as they are. Apply soapy water (or detergent and water) to the joints to see if there is any air leakage. Fixed. Wrap it well and don't expose the copper pipe to the outside. If there are no air bubbles, plug in and test the machine. It is possible to add refrigerant. If it is a three-phase power supply, the power phase sequence failure may also occur.

　　 Finally, exhaust the air in the pipe and the internal machine. The start-up trial operation and installation are completed.
