The closer the main unit of the refrigeration unit is to the evaporator, the better it is easy to maintain and has good heat dissipation. If it is moved outside, it needs to install a canopy. The four corners of the main unit should be equipped with shockproof gaskets. The installation level is firm and it is not easy to be touched.

  1, radiator installation

The radiator should be placed as close to the host as possible. It is best to place the radiator in the upper position. The radiator installation position has the best heat dissipation environment. The air inlet should not face the air outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas, and the air outlet should not be short-circuited or faced. Other windows (especially residential windows) and equipment should be 2M above the ground, and the installation level should be firm.

  2, copper pipe discharge

  All copper pipes must be separately worn with insulation pipes and the wires in the same direction should be wrapped together with air-conditioning ties. Try to use straight pipes and fix them in sections. The joints of insulation pipes and insulation pipes shall be tightly sealed with electrical tape.

  3, wire discharge

   All wires must be tied with air-conditioning ties, but also protected by corrugated hoses or cable troughs. Temperature display wires should not be placed close to the wires.

   4. Refrigeration system connection

Because the condenser and evaporator of the main engine are pressure-sealed in the factory, there should be pressure when opening the seal to check whether there is any leakage. The copper pipe should be sealed at both ends of the factory, and should be sealed at any time during construction to prevent water Dust enters the tube, condenser → host → evaporator, the copper tube is connected by welding, and the interface is firm and beautiful.

  5. Configure the wires according to the performance of the electrical appliances, the wire diameter meets the requirements, the joints are firm, and the pipes need to be protected to save energy, and the power connection is correct. The wire enters the evaporator junction box hole and needs to be sealed with silica gel. If the lamp is connected to 36V or more, a grounding wire is required. The power supply in the main unit electrical cabinet requires a three-phase five-wire system, which must be reliably grounded.

6. The temperature control is fixed on the top plate, the probe and the temperature display probe pass through the return air port of the evaporator in the warehouse together, and are suspended, the defrost temperature control is also fixed on the top plate, and the probe is also perforated into the return air port of the evaporator in the warehouse. The probe is inserted into the fin (not close to the heating tube).

  7. If there is no person on the top board, fix the temperature control and defrosting temperature control at the back corner of the evaporator in the warehouse, and seal all the connections. Others are the same as above.

   8. The balance hole (pressure equalizing valve) should not be installed on the conspicuous place or on the vertical plate of the air outlet, and the height is 200mm from the upper part of the vertical plate.

   9. All the parts that penetrate the library board, the gap between the library board and the parts should be sealed with sealant.

  1, installation content

First open the lifting screw holes, and open the copper pipe and wire holes. The last two holes should be trimmed to prevent hidden dangers. The back of the evaporator and the vertical plate of the self-distributed drain pipe are positioned at 300mm. The evaporator drain hole is The pre-installed drainage hole of the vertical board is vertical, and the height difference between the two is 250mm. In the case of a freezer, the drainage heating wire is inserted in the drainage pipe, and the heating part of the drainage heating wire can only reach 50mm in the warehouse board. The drainage pipe is externally insulated. , No heating wire is needed for refrigeration, the others are the same.

  2, lifting attention

   The air inlet of the evaporator should not face the warehouse door. The evaporator should be hung on the long end of the cold room. The evaporator outlet should not face the door. (The evaporator should be centered for maintenance)
