Installation method of ventilation and air conditioning system
1.Installation of ventilation ducts
1) The duct can be manufactured on site or prefabricated in the factory. The duct manufacturing methods are divided into bite connection, rivet connection, and welding.
A. Bite connection. This connection is suitable for ordinary thin steel plates and galvanized thin steel plates with a thickness not greater than 1.2mm, stainless steel plates with a thickness not greater than 1.0mm, and aluminum plates with a thickness not greater than 1.5mm.
B. Rivet connection.
C. Welding. When the ventilation and air-conditioning ducts have high sealing requirements or thick plates cannot be connected by biting, the connection of plates is often welded. Commonly used welding methods are electric welding, gas welding, tin welding and argon arc welding.
The duct with a larger pipe diameter needs to be reinforced in order to ensure that the section is not deformed and reduce the noise generated by the vibration of the pipe wall.
When the pipe diameter is greater than 700mm, and the pipe section is longer, flat steel flat reinforcement can be used every 1.2m. Reinforcement measures should be taken for rectangular ducts when the side length is greater than or equal to 630mm and the pipe section is greater than 1.2m. The air duct with side length less than or equal to 800mm should be reinforced by ribs and ridge lines. When the length of the middle and high-pressure air pipes is greater than 1.2m, they should be reinforced in the form of reinforcement frames. The single bit seam of the high-pressure air pipe should be reinforced and reinforced.
2, installation of air duct components
Before installing the air valve, check whether the frame structure is firm and whether the adjusting device is flexible.
3. Ventilation equipment installation
4. Trial operation and debugging of ventilation (air conditioning) system
Ventilation (air conditioning) system test operation and commissioning can generally be divided into five stages: preparation work, equipment single test operation, joint test operation without production load, completion acceptance, and comprehensive efficiency test.
Comprehensive effectiveness test includes comprehensive effectiveness test of ventilation and dust removal system, and comprehensive effectiveness test of air-conditioning system.
