Industrial chillers-(singde) the basic requirements for the selection of lubricating oil! Lubricating oil is to provide lubrication and cooling conditions for the moving parts of industrial chillers. The lubricating oil used in refrigeration compressors is usually called refrigerating oil, which is a highly refined special lubricant. Lubricating oil is used in the refrigeration compressor to lubricate the moving parts and reduce the friction between the surfaces of the moving parts. At the same time, it has cooling, sealing, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, insulation, power transmission, extending the service life, and ensuring the normal operation of the compressor. effect. The basic requirements for the selection of lubricating oil for industrial chillers: (1) The freezing point of lubricating oil should be low If the freezing point is high, it will result in poor low-temperature fluidity, loss of flow capacity at low temperatures such as evaporators, and the formation of deposits, affecting cooling efficiency and cooling capacity. In addition, when the compressor temperature is low, it will affect the lubrication of the parts, causing wear. General household refrigerators and household air conditioners use lubricating oil with a freezing point below -30°C. (2) To have proper viscosity If the viscosity of the lubricating oil of the industrial chiller is too small, it is not easy to form a normal oil film thickness on the friction surface, which will accelerate mechanical wear, and even failures such as brushing cylinders and shafts; if the viscosity is too large, the lubrication and sealing performance is good, but The power consumption per unit cooling capacity of the refrigeration compressors of industrial chillers will increase and the power consumption will increase. If the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too large or too small, the temperature of the cylinder will rise too much, which will cause the exhaust temperature to be too high and affect the normal operation of the refrigeration compressor. (3) Has better viscosity-temperature performance and higher flash point During the operation of refrigeration compressors, the temperature of cylinders and other places is as high as 130 ~ 150 ℃, so the viscosity of lubricating oil should be small when the temperature changes, and the flash point should be high. This can ensure good lubricating performance under various temperature conditions, and will not carbonize the lubricating oil at high temperatures. (4) It must have good chemical stability and antioxidant stability Lubricating oil is often in contact with refrigerant in the refrigeration system of the industrial chiller group. In a fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, it is required to be able to be used for more than 10 to 15 years without changing the oil for a long time. Therefore, it must have good chemical stability and antioxidant safety. (5) It does not contain impurities such as water and acid, and has good electrical insulation properties In semi-hermetic and fully-enclosed refrigeration compressors, the motor windings must be in constant contact with lubricating oil, so it is required that the lubricating oil cannot damage the insulation of the motor and have good insulation properties.
