How to prevent the constant starting of the compressor of the high and low temperature test chamber?

The compressor is the core component of the refrigeration system of the high and low temperature test chamber, and has a decisive effect on the entire refrigeration system. Under normal circumstances, the number of compressor start and stop times should not exceed 6 times per hour, otherwise it will be considered as a failure. So what is the reason that affects the compressor to stop continuously?

   1. The power supply voltage is too high or too low, and it is unstable.

   Solution: After the power supply voltage returns to normal, turn on the power supply or install an AC voltage stabilizer to provide a stable 380V power supply for the test chamber;

  2. The door of the high and low temperature damp and heat test chamber is not tightly sealed, causing serious air leakage problems.

  Solution: The door seal should be overhauled and adjusted or the door seal should be replaced;

  3, the problem of the failure of the disc-shaped bimetallic plate of the over-current and over-temperature protection relay.

  Solution: just replace the new over-current and over-temperature protection relay;

   4. Poor heat dissipation of the condenser.

  Solution: The main reasons for the poor heat dissipation effect of the condenser are the dirt on the surface of the condenser and the high ambient temperature of the test box. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dirt on the condenser regularly to improve the heat dissipation conditions of the test box.
