How to adjust the energy of the compressor of the screw chiller
The compressors used in screw chillers generally have brands such as Taiwan Hanbell and German Bitzer, which belong to the screw compressor series. An obvious feature of this type of compressor is that it can perform an energy adjustment action on it according to different working conditions, so as to ensure the efficient operation of the screw chiller to adapt to different working conditions.

  What are the ways to adjust the energy ratio of the screw chiller? At present, spool valve adjustment and plug valve adjustment are commonly used. In addition to these two methods, there are suction throttling adjustment, rotation stop adjustment, and frequency conversion adjustment.
   One, slide valve adjustment
  Using this adjustment method for screw chillers, the specific operation is to install an adjustment slide valve on the body of the screw compressor, which is called a part of the compressor body. It is located at the intersection of two inner circles on the high-pressure side of the body, and can slide back and forth in a direction parallel to the cylinder axis.
    
 The basic principle of spool valve adjustment is to make the volume of the elementary elements between the female and male rotors of the screw compressor move from the suction end to the discharge end on the tooth surface through the movement of the spool valve. The return hole of the slide valve is still connected with the suction hole, and part of the gas is returned to the suction hole, that is, the purpose of energy regulation is achieved by changing the effective working length of the rotor.
   Two, plug valve adjustment
   Screw chiller compressor energy adjustment, another method is to use multiple plug valve adjustment. The opening and closing of the plug valve is realized by the solenoid valve controlling the oil in and out of the hydraulic pump. The plug valve can only achieve step-by-step adjustment of the gas delivery volume, and the adjustment load is 70%, 50%, 25%, etc. This adjustment method can often be seen in small screw chillers and compact screw chillers.
