How should centralized air conditioners be used during epidemic prevention and control
1. Before using the centralized air-conditioning ventilation system, you should understand the type of the centralized air-conditioning ventilation system, the air supply range, and the air intake of the fresh air.

   2. During the epidemic, only centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems that meet one of the following requirements can be used:

   (1) For all-air centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems, the return air system should be closed and run with fresh air, and it should be operated for an additional hour before or after the air conditioner is turned on or off every day;

   (2) The air-water centralized air-conditioning ventilation system must ensure independent ventilation of each room;

   (3) The centralized air conditioning and ventilation system that has been equipped with air purification and disinfection devices (removal of particulate matter, gaseous pollutants and microorganisms) should strictly follow the product instructions during operation to ensure that the operation effect meets the requirements of national health standards.

  3. During the epidemic, the filters, vents, air handling units, surface coolers, heaters (humidifiers), condensate pans and other parts of the operating central air conditioning ventilation system should be cleaned, disinfected or replaced every week.

  4. When confirmed and suspected cases of pneumonia infected by the new coronavirus are found, the following prevention and control measures should be taken:

   (1) Immediately shut down the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system corresponding to the confirmed cases and suspected cases;

   (2) Immediately carry out mandatory cleaning and disinfection of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in the above-mentioned area.

   Five. Other precautions for using centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems include:

   (1) The use of centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems should ensure that all rooms in the building have air circulation and sufficient fresh air supply.

   (2) During the epidemic, natural ventilation should be given priority to opening windows when circumstances permit. If conditions permit, exhaust fans and other exhaust devices can be opened to enhance indoor air flow.

   (3) Chlorine-containing disinfectants are corrosive to metals. For metal parts that need to be disinfected, it is recommended to choose quaternary ammonium disinfectants.

   Six, disinfection method

   (one) filter

   should be cleaned first, then disinfected. Can use quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant or 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant spray or wipe disinfection.

   (two) tuyere, air handling unit

   should be cleaned first, then disinfected. Chemical disinfectants can be used for wiping and disinfection, and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants are the first choice for metal parts, which are disinfected according to the concentration specified in the instructions for surface disinfection. The first choice for non-metal parts is 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant or 0.2% peracetic acid disinfectant.

   (three) surface cooler, heating (wet) device

   should be cleaned first, then disinfected. The quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant can be sprayed or wiped disinfected, and disinfected according to the concentration specified in the instructions for surface disinfection.

   (four) condensate tray

   should be cleaned first, then disinfected. The quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant can be sprayed or wiped disinfected, and disinfected according to the concentration specified in the instructions for surface disinfection.

   (five) duct

   should be cleaned first, then disinfected. Chemical disinfectants can be used for spray disinfection, and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants are the first choice for metal pipe walls, which are disinfected according to the concentration specified in the instructions for surface disinfection. The best choice for non-metallic pipe walls is 500mg/L chlorine disinfectant or 0.2% peracetic acid disinfectant.
